dc.descriptionIntroduction. Garden asparagus (Asparagus officinalis L.) is anedible, ornamental and medicinal plant with antioxidant, diuretic and hypotensive activity. The Aim of the Study. Determination of morphological features and analyze the qualitative composition and quantitative content of amino acids in the young shoots of Asparagus officinalis, gathered in Ternopil region. Research Methods. The object of the research was the young shoots of Asparagus, which were collected at the beginning vegetation period and dried at a temperature of 25–35 °C. The composition of amino acids was analyzed using gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric method. Results and Discussion. We analyzed the morphologikal features of young shoots of Asparagus. In the studied raw material, 11 free and 13 bound amino acids were identified. The absence of L-glycine and L-tyrosine in the free state was noted. The total content of free amino acids was 1,22 mg/g, while the bound ones were 78,85 mg/g (of the total content of these compounds identified in the plant). Conclusions. The qualitative composition and quantitative content of amino acids in young shoots of Asparagus officinalis have been established. Among the detected amino acids the largest amound share is L-leucine (12,45 mg/g), L-proline (11,36 mg/g) and L-phenylalanine (9,7 mg/g). In the free state, L-valine, L-lysine, L-proline and L-aspartic acid predominated.en-US
dc.descriptionВступ. Холодок лікарський (Asparagus officinalis L.) є харчовою, декоративною та лікарською рослиною з антиоксидантною, сечогінною та гіпотензивною активністю. Мета дослідження. Визначення морфологічних особливостей і аналіз якісного складу і кількісного вмісту амінокислот у молодих пагонах холодку лікарського, вирощених та зібраних в умовах Тернопільської області. Методи дослідження. Об’єктом досліджень були молоді пагони, які заготовляли на початку вегетації та висушували за температури 25–35 °C. Компонентний склад і кількісний вміст амінокислот визначали газовим хромато-мас-спектрометричним методом. Результати й обговорення. Проаналізовано морфологічні особливості молодих пагонів холодку лікарського. У досліджуваній сировині Asparagus officinalis було ідентифіковано 11 вільних і 13 зв’язаних амінокислот. Відмічено відсутність L-гліматіну та L-тирозину у вільному стані. Сумарний вміст вільних амінокислот становив 1,22 мг/г, тоді як зв’язаних – 78,85 мг/г. Висновки. Установлено якісний склад і кількісний вміст амінокислотного складу в молодих пагонах холодку лікарського. Серед зв’язаних виявлених сполук найбільша частка припадає на L-лейцин (12,45 мг/г), L-пролін (11,36 мг/г) і L-фенілаланін (9,7 мг/г). У вільному стані переважають L-валін, L-лі- зин, L-пролін та L-аспарагінова кислота.uk-UA
