ANALYTICAL SEARCH FOR SCIENTIFIC LITERATURE IN SCOPUS ON REHABILITATION AND PHYSIOTHERAPY

dc.descriptionIntroduction. Today requires scientists to conduct many relevant, innovative and high-quality studies, which cannot be performed without a preliminary detailed study of the state of the scientific issue. A full solution to this problem is impossible without a deep analytical review of literary sources. Currently, this problem can be optimized by using information search engines. In science in general, and in medicine in particular, there are a number of questions that have not yet been fully resolved, the solution of which has been worked on by scientists from all over the world for many years, however, they do not lose their relevance. In the modern conditions of development of medical science and practice, rehabilitation and physiotherapy play a key role in the process of restoring the functional state of the body after injuries, diseases and surgical interventions. According to the recommendations of the World Health Organization, rehabilitation care is a necessary element of complex treatment aimed at improving the quality of life of patients. Physiotherapy methods, in particular kinesiotherapy, electrotherapy, ultrasound therapy, magnetotherapy and laser therapy, are widely used in rehabilitation practice due to their ability to stimulate tissue regeneration, reduce pain and inflammation, improve muscle strength and joint mobility. The results of numerous clinical studies confirm the effectiveness of physiotherapy programs in reducing the duration of recovery and reducing the risk of complications. Of particular importance is a multidisciplinary approach, which involves the participation of doctors of physical and rehabilitation medicine, physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists and social workers. This approach allows for individualization of the rehabilitation program, taking into account the clinical needs, age and comorbidities of the patient. Despite the positive results, the scientific literature remains debatable on the optimal combination of methods, the duration of the rehabilitation course and the long-term effectiveness of individual technologies. This makes further research in this area relevant. Aim of the study. Therefore, the aim of the work was to optimize the analytical review of literary sources in the study of rehabilitation and physiotherapy using the Scopus scientometric database. Materials and Methods. To assess the relevance of rehabilitation and physiotherapy research in the Scopus scientometric database, an analytical query was formulated TITLE-ABS-KEY ("Rehabilitation") AND TITLE-ABSKEY ("physiotherapy"). Results and Discussion. Using the Scopus scientometric database allows you to optimize the laboriousness of relevant search for scientific literature on the relevant topic. The Scopus search engine allows you to query the database of bibliographic sources. Conclusions. This article provides an analytical review of publications on the use of artificial intelligence in medicine, in particular, in the study of rehabilitation and physiotherapy. An analysis of works by year in the Scopus scientometric database was conducted. An analysis of works by year was conducted. Authors with the largest number of works are presented, taking into account countries and educational institutions. Based on the data obtained from the analytical review of literature sources using the Scopus scientometric database program, it can be concluded that there is a growing scientific interest in studying the issue of rehabilitation and physiotherapy, therefore such studies are extremely relevant for improving and preserving the health of patients.en-US
dc.descriptionВступ. Сьогодення вимагає від науковців багатьох актуальних, новаторських та якісних досліджень, які неможливо виконати без попереднього детального вивчення стану наукового питання. Повноцінне вирішення даної проблеми неможливе без глибокого аналітичного огляду літературних джерел. Нині цю роботу можна оптимізувати за рахунок використання інформаційних пошукових систем. У науці взагалі, а в медицині зокрема, є низка ще не повністю вирішених натепер питань, над розв’язанням яких багато років працюють науковці зі всього світу, однак вони не втрачають своєї актуальності. У сучасних умовах розвитку медичної науки та практики реабілітація та фізіотерапія відіграють ключову роль у процесі відновлення функціонального стану організму після травм, захворювань та оперативних втручань. Згідно з рекомендаціями Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров’я, реабілітаційна допомога є необхідним елементом комплексного лікування, спрямованого на покращення якості життя пацієнтів. Методи дослідження. Фізіотерапевтичні методи, зокрема кінезіотерапія, електротерапія, ультразвукова терапія, магнітотерапія та лазеротерапія, широко застосовуються в реабілітаційній практиці завдяки своїй здатності стимулювати регенерацію тканин, зменшувати біль і запалення, покращувати м’язову силу та рухливість суглобів. Результати численних клінічних досліджень підтверджують ефективність фізіотерапевтичних програм у скороченні тривалості відновлення та зменшенні ризику ускладнень. Особливе значення має мультидисциплінарний підхід, який передбачає участь лікарів фізичної та реабілітаційної медицини, фізичних терапевтів, ерготерапевтів, психологів та соціальних працівників. Такий підхід дозволяє індивідуалізувати програму відновлення з урахуванням клінічних потреб, віку та супутніх захворювань пацієнта. Незважаючи на позитивні результати, у науковій літературі залишаються дискусійними питання щодо оптимального поєднання методів, тривалості курсу реабілітації та довгострокової ефективності окремих технологій. Це зумовлює актуальність подальших досліджень у даній галузі. Результати й обговорення. Використання наукометричної бази Scopus дає змогу оптимізувати трудомісткість релевантного пошуку наукової літератури з відповідної тематики. Пошукова система Scopus дозволяє здійснювати запит до бази даних бібліографічних джерел. Тому метою роботи була оптимізація аналітичного огляду літературних джерел під час дослідження реабілітації та фізіотерапії наукометричною базою даних Scopus. Для оцінювання актуальності досліджень реабілітації та фізіотерапії в наукометричній базі Scopus було сформульовано аналітичний запит TITLE-ABS-KEY ("Rehabilitation") AND TITLE-ABS-KEY ("physiotherapy").uk-UA
