| dc.description | Introduction. Rumex confertus Willd. is a perennial herb that has been used for a long time in folk and scientific medicine. According to the literature, the underground organs of the plant are part of the Zdrenko collection and dietary supplements, but the plant raw materials are unofficial and there is no official medicinal product based on them on the Ukrainian market. Therefore, the creation of a tincture of rhizomes with the roots of Rumex confertus and determining the parameters of its standardization is relevant. The aim of the study – to develop a technology for obtaining a tincture of rhizomes with the roots of Rumex confertus and determine the parameters of its standardization. Research Methods. 7 series of underground organs of the plant which were harvested in the fall of 2019 and 2020 were used for the study. According to the SPhU 2.0 methods, it was identified catechin in the tincture by thin-layer chromatography and determined the quantitative content of dry residue, total polyphenols and the amount of hydroxycinnamic acids. Results and Discussion. During the development of the technology for obtaining a tincture of rhizomes with the roots of Rumex confertus it was chosen the classic method of maceration at room temperature and the raw material-finished product ratio of 1:5. The extractant was experimentally selected – 50 % ethanol and the extraction time – 48 hours. According to this technology, 7 series of tinctures were obtained from 7 series of plant raw materials, their description, identification (method of thin-layer chromatography for the presence of catechin), testing (dry residue – not less than 1 %) and quantitative determination of the main groups of biological activity compounds (not less than 0.07 mg/ml of total polyphenols and 0.002 mg/ml of the amount of hydroxycinnamic acids). Conclusions. The technology for obtaining a tincture of rhizomes with root of Rumex confertus was determined. According to the developed technology, 7 series of tinctures were obtained and standardization parameters were determined: description, identification by the presence of catechin, testing (at least 1 % dry residue), quantitative determination (at least 0.07 mg/ml of total polyphenols and 0.002 mg/ml of the amount of hydroxycinnamic acids). The obtained results were used in the development of the project of methods of quality control of tincture of rhizomes with roots of Rumex confertus – "Rumicis rhizomatae cum radicibus tinctura". | en-US |
| dc.description | Вступ. Щавель кінський – багаторічна трав’яниста рослина, яку здавна застосовують у народній та науковій медицині. За даними літератури, підземні органи рослини входять до складу збору Здренко і дієтичних добавок, але сировина не офіцинальна та офіційного лікарського засобу на їх основі на ринку України немає. Тому створення настойки щавлю кінського кореневищ з коренями та визначення параметрів її стандартизації є актуальними завданнями. Мета дослідження – розробити технологію отримання настойки щавлю кінського кореневищ з коренями та визначити параметри її стандартизації. Методи дослідження. Для дослідження використовували сім серій підземних органів щавлю кінського, які заготовляли восени 2019 і 2020 рр. За методиками ДФУ 2.0 проводили ідентифікацію катехіну в настойці методом тонкошарової хроматографії і визначали кількісний вміст екстрактивних речовин, суми поліфенолів та суми гідроксикоричних кислот. Результати й обговорення. Для розробки технології отримання настойки щавлю кінського кореневищ з коренями обрано класичний метод мацерації при кімнатній температурі та співвідношення сировина/готовий продукт 1:5. Експериментальним шляхом обрано екстрагент – 50 % етанол і часовий термін екстракції – 48 год. За цією технологією одержано сім серій настойок із семи серій сировини, проведено їх опис, ідентифікацію (метод тонкошарової хроматографії на наявність катехіну), випробовування (сухий залишок – не менше 1 %) та кількісне визначення основних груп біологічно активних речовин (не менше 0,07 мг/мл суми поліфенолів та 0,002 мг/мл суми гідроксикоричних кислот). Висновки. Розроблено технологію отримання настойки щавлю кінського кореневищ з коренями. За цією технологією отримано сім серій настойок та визначено параметри її стандартизації: опис, ідентифікацію за наявністю катехіну, випробовування (не менше 1 % сухого залишку), кількісне визначення (не менше 0,07 мг/мл суми поліфенолів та 0,002 мг/мл суми гідроксикоричних кислот). Одержані результати використано при розробці проєкту методів контролю якості настойки щавлю кінського кореневищ з коренями – “Rumicis rhizomatae cum radicibus tincture”. | uk-UA |
