dc.descriptionPurpose: To perform a content analysis of available printed and electronic publications in professional, specialized sources of scientific and medical information on the problem of defects and critical moments of interaction of the operator (health care worker) with medical information systems. Materials and methods. An information search was conducted on the Internet among specialized sites, electronic libraries and aggregators of medical information using the keywords. The primary selection of information sources was carried out using large artificial intelligence models “Gemini.ai” and “Grok”. The results obtained were subjected to a thorough critical analysis, which allowed us to outline the main points that formed the basis of the presented results. Results. A systematic analysis of the available specialized literature and electronic sources of information has identified the main groups of problematic issues in the interaction of operators of medical information systems (healthcare institution employees) with the systems themselves. These are the following groups of problems: user interface problems in medical information systems, disruptions in the production process, data management problems in medical information systems, system performance and reliability, obstacles to interaction and integration of different medical information systems, obstacles to training operators to work with medical information systems, concerns about the security of data transmission and storage and their compliance, operator workload and exhaustion of healthcare institution employees, patient safety and quality of medical care, as well as financial and operational costs. Conclusions. The identified groups of problems should be the object of increased attention and study by healthcare organizers, managers and administrative personnel of healthcare institutions, employees of insurance organizations and developers and service technical support workers of medical information systems themselves.en-US
dc.descriptionМета: виконати контент-аналіз доступних друкованих та електронних публікацій у фахових, спеціалізованих і професійних джерелах науково-медичної інформації з проблеми дефектів та критичних моментів взаємодії оператора (працівника закладу охорони здоров’я) з медичними інформаційними системами. Матеріали і методи. Здійснено інформаційний пошук у мережі інтернет серед спеціалізованих сайтів, електро- нних бібліотек та агрегаторів медичної інформації за ключовими словами. Первинний відбір джерел інформації виконували із застосуванням великих моделей штучного інтелекту Gemini.ai та Grok. Отримані результати піддано ретельному критичному аналізу, що дало змогу окреслити основні моменти, які лягли в основу викладених результатів. Результати. Проведений систематичний аналіз профільної доступної літератури та електронних джерел інформації дав змогу виявити основні групи проблемних моментів у взаємодії операторів медичних інформаційних систем (працівників закладів охорони здоров’я) із самими системами. Ними стали такі групи проблем: проблеми інтерфейсу користувача в медичних інформаційних системах, порушення виробничого процесу, проблеми управління даними в медичних інформаційних системах, продуктивність і надійність системи, перешкоди взаємодії та інтеграції різних медичних інформаційних системах, перешкоди для навчання операторів роботі з медичними інформаційними системами, занепокоєння щодо безпеки передавання й зберігання даних і їх відповідності, операторське навантаження та виснаження працівників закладів охорони здоров’я, безпека пацієнтів і якість надання медичної допомоги, а також фінансові та операційні витрати. Висновки. Визначені групи проблем мають бути об’єктом підвищеної уваги та вивчення зі сторони організаторів охорони здоров’я, керівників та управлінського персоналу закладів охорони здоров’я, працівників страхових організацій та розробників і працівників сервісної технічної підтримки самих медичних інформаційних систем.uk-UA
