| dc.description | Purpose: to study the conditions for providing the population of the territorial community of the mountainous geographical zone with medical care. Materials and Methods. Materials: passport and website of the Mizhhirya territorial community of the Transcarpathian region. Methods: bibliosemantic, of structural-and-logical analysis. Results. The Mizhhirya territorial community occupies an area of 554.1 sq. km, includes 22 settlements with 26,123 residents. Primary and pre-medical care is provided by medical personnel of the Mizhhirya Center for Primary Health Care, which includes 8 outpatient clinics of general practice-family medicine and 9 paramedic and obstetric centers. In 5 (22.7%) settlements with 1216 residents, there are no health care institutions in which medical care of the appropriate level is provided. Emergency medical care to the population is provided by medical personnel of the Mizhhirya Emergency Medical Care Station with 2 points of permanent basing of emergency medical teams. Specialized medical care for the population of the community is provided at the Mizhhirya General Hospital. There are no pharmacies in most settlements of the community. Conclusions. Not all residents of the community have equal access to health care facilities of different levels of medical care. It is necessary to adopt a targeted strategic program for providing the population with medical care. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета: дослідити умови забезпечення населення територіальної громади гірської географічної зони медичною допомогою. Матеріали і методи. Матеріали: паспорт та сайт Міжгірської селищної територіальної громади Закарпатської області. У дослідженні використано такі методи: бібліосемантичний, структурно-логічного аналізу. Результати. Міжгірська селищна територіальна громада займає площу в 554,1 кв. км та складається з 22 населених пунктів, де проживають 26 123 особи. Первинна та долікарська медична допомога надається медичними працівниками Міжгірського центру первинної медико-санітарної допомоги, у складі якого функціонують вісім амбулаторій загальної практики – сімейної медицини та дев’ять фельдшерсько-акушерських пунктів. У п’яти (22,7%) населених пунктах, де проживають 1 216 осіб, відсутні заклади охорони здоров’я, у яких надається медична допомога відповідного рівня. Екстрена медична допомога населенню надається медичними працівниками Міжгірської станції екстреної медичної допомоги із двома пунктами постійного базування бригад екстреної медичної допомоги. Спеціалізована медична допомога населенню громади надається в Міжгірській загальній лікарні. У більшості населених пунктах громади відсутні аптеки. Висновки. Не всі жителі громади мають рівномірний доступ до закладів охорони здоров’я різних рівнів надання медичної допомоги. Необхідне прийняття цільової стратегічної програми забезпечення населення медичною допомогою. | uk-UA |
