dc.descriptionThe purpose of the study was the analysis of modern regional initiatives, projects and programs, as fragments of the implementation of modern international strategies aimed at the formation and preservation of reproductive health of the population in different countries of the world. Materials and methods. The materials for the study were the results of scientific research on the development and implementation of regional initiatives for the formation and preservation of reproductive health in different countries of the world. Methods for achieving the goal of the research were: bibliosemantic, content analysis and structural-logical analysis. The results. The analysis of scientific content revealed a significant number of projects, regional programs and initiatives, most of which combine the struggle for sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice in the implementation of equal access to reproductive health services, prevention of violations of the rights and freedoms of the formation of sexual and reproductive health at the individual level. The identified regional features of the formation of sexual and reproductive health lead to significant differences in the approaches implemented in different countries of the world, or even differences in the measures and approaches implemented with the aim of preserving reproductive health in different territorial units (states, cantons, etc.) within one country. Conclusions. Issues of sexual and reproductive health formation lie in the area of collective social responsibility for reproductive health, health of mothers and newborns, children and adolescents. The effectiveness of the combined efforts of doctors, educators, families of teenagers with the participation of the community, in raising the awareness of teenagers and young people about sexual and reproductive health, working with marginalized, vulnerable population groups, etc., has been proven. It is the regional approach with its inherent social responsibility initiatives, taking into account regional characteristics and cultural context, that is recognized as the most effective. Regional programs, measures and initiatives have proven their ability to implement an interdisciplinary approach, including regarding the formation of reproductive health, first of all, among youth and adolescents.en-US
dc.descriptionМетою дослідження став аналіз сучасних регіональних ініціатив, проєктів і програм як фрагментів реалізації сучасних міжнародних стратегій, спрямованих на формування та збереження репродуктивного здоров’я населення в різних країнах світу. Матеріали та методи. Матеріалами для дослідження стали результати наукових досліджень з розробки й реалізації регіональних ініціатив формування та збереження репродуктивного здоров’я в різних країнах світу. Методами для досягнення мети дослідження були: бібліосемантичний, контент-аналізу та структурно- логічного аналізу. Результати. Аналіз наукового контенту виявив значну кількість проєктів, регіональних програм та ініціатив, більшість з яких поєднують боротьбу за сексуальне й репродуктивне здоров’я, права та справедливість у питаннях реалізації рівного доступу до послуг із репродуктивного здоров’я, упередження порушення прав і свобод формування сексуального та репродуктивного здоров’я на індивідуальному рівні. Виявлені регіональні особливості формування сексуального й репродуктивного здоров’я зумовлюють значні відмінності підходів, реалізованих у різних країнах світу, або навіть відмінність заходів і підходів, які реалізуються з метою збереження репродуктивного здоров’я в різних територіальних одиницях (штатах, кантонах, тощо) у межах однієї країни. Висновки. Питання формування сексуального та репродуктивного здоров’я лежать у площині колективної соціальної відповідальності за репродуктивне здоров’я, здоров’я матерів і новонароджених, дітей і підлітків. Доведено ефективність об’єднаних зусиль медиків, освітян, родин підлітків за участі громади в підвищенні обізнаності підлітків і молоді з питань сексуального та репродуктивного здоров’я, роботи з маргіналізованими, вразливими групами населення тощо. Саме регіональний підхід із властивими для нього ініціативами соціальної відповідальності, з урахуванням регіональних особливостей і культурного контексту визнано найбільш ефективним. Регіональні програми, заходи та ініціативи довели свою здатність реалізовувати міжсекторальний підхід, у тому числі щодо формування репродуктивного здоров’я, насамперед серед молоді та підлітків.uk-UA
