dc.descriptionPurpose: to analyze the relevance of the problem of epidemiology and prevention of acute respiratory diseases, influenza and COVID-19 in the conditions of martial law using an analytical search of sources in the Scopus scientometric database. Materials and Mehtods. A search query on the specified topic in the scientometric database Scopus for the period 1993–2024 found 355 scientific works. An analytical review of them was carried out with the distribution by years, countries, universities and world-class scientists. Results. Regardless of the military situation in the country, acute respiratory diseases, influenza and COVID-19 will continue to be one of the most urgent medical and social problems due to their ability to spread rapidly epidemically even in the warm period of the year, the appearance of new genetic variants of the SARS-COV virus 2, high morbidity, often severe clinical course and risk of developing complications dangerous to human health, especially in older persons and those with medical risk, exacerbation of chronic diseases and, as a result, mortality. This is confirmed, in particular, by the increase in the incidence of COVID-19 in August this year. Therefore, analytical analysis and development of adequate models for monitoring, assessment, epidemic situation and timely response to threats of epidemic development with methods of timely impact and prevention of the spread of the disease are relevant. The issue of continuation of special anti-epidemic measures in the conditions of martial law, which is accompanied by population migration, the formation of organized collectives, problems of access to timely medical care in certain territories, is relevant. Conclusion. According to the results of an analytical review in the scientometric database Scopus, the issues of epidemiology of acute respiratory diseases, influenza and COVID-19 in the world remain relevant, in particular, the largest number of studies on this topic were conducted in the leading countries of the world: USA, Great Britain, Australia, Germany, India, China, etc.en-US
dc.descriptionМета: аналіз за допомогою аналітичного пошуку джерел у наукометричній базі даних Scopus актуальності проблеми епідеміології і профілактики гострих респіраторних захворювань, грипу та COVID-19 в умовах воєнного стану. Матеріали і методи. Пошуковим запитом з указаної теми в наукометричній базі Scopus за період 1993–2024 рр. знайдено 355 наукових праць. Проведено їх аналітичний огляд із розподілом за роками, країнами, університетами та науковцями світового рівня. Результати. Незважаючи на військовий стан у країні, гострі респіраторні захворювання, грип та COVID-19 і надалі залишаються однією з найактуальніших медичних та соціальних проблем у силу здатності до їх швидкого епідемічного поширення навіть у теплий період року, появи нових генетичних варіантів вірусу SARS-COV-2, високої захворюваності, часто тяжкого клінічного перебігу та ризику розвитку небезпечних для здоров’я людини ускладнень, особливо в осіб вікового та медичного ризику, загострення хронічних хвороб і, як наслідок, летальності. Вказане підтверджується, зокрема, підвищенням захворюваності на COVID-19 у серпні місяці поточного року. Тому актуальними є аналітичний аналіз та розробка адекватних моделей для моніторингу, оцінки, епідемічної ситуації та своєчасного реагування на загрози розвитку епідемій із методами своєчасного впливу та запобігання поширенню захворювання. Актуальною є проблематика продовження спеціальних протиепідемічних заходів в умовах воєнного стану, що супроводжується міграцією населення, формуванням організованих колективів, проблемами доступу до своєчасної медичної допомоги на окремих територіях. Висновок. За результатами аналітичного огляду в наукометричній базі Scopus питання епідеміології гострих респіраторних захворювань, грипу та COVID-19 у світі залишаються актуальними, зокрема найбільше досліджень із даної тематики проведено у провідних країнах світу: США, Великобританії, Австралії, Німеччині, Індії, Китаї та ін.uk-UA
