dc.descriptionPurpose: to highlight the significant events in the development period of the health promotion history and their impact on the modern idea of health promotion and maintenance. Materials and Methods. To achieve the purpose of the study, authors used the method of analysis and synthesis of documents, the historical and chronological method and generalization. Results. The key events in the development of the health promotion history are identified. The periodization is proposed and the development period of health promotion is characterized. Based on the analysis of the results of global conferences on health promotion and relevant documents, the evolution of the World Health Organization's approaches to the formation of the concept of health promotion and maintenance is considered. It has been established that the perceptions of health promotion and maintenance have changed from “everyoneʼs right and duty to promote health” to the perception of health promotion as a key component of a “welfare society”. Conclusions. The development period (2005–2023) is associated with the current areas of global cooperation: development of health promotion and elimination of gaps in its implementation; health in all policies; health promotion in the context of sustainable development goals, health for all and all for health; creation of a welfare society, achieving well-being using a health promotion approach. A detailed description of the changes in the understanding of the definitions, strategies and concepts of health promotion is presented in the relevant publications of the third Glossary of Health Promotion (2021), which includes 12 key terms and 47 general definitions.en-US
dc.descriptionМета: висвітлити визначні події в період розвитку історії промоції здоров’я і їх вплив на сучасне уявлення про зміцнення та збереження здоров’я. Матеріали і методи. Для досягнення мети дослідження використано метод аналізу й синтезу документів, історико-хронологічний метод та узагальнення. Результати. Визначено ключові події в період розвитку історії промоції здоров’я. Запропоновано періодизацію й охарактеризовано період розвитку промоції здоров’я. На підставі аналізу результатів глобальних конференцій із промоції здоров’я та відповідних документів розглянуто еволюцію підходів Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров’я до формування концепції зміцнення та збереження здоров’я. Встановлено, що уявлення про зміцнення та збереження здоров’я змінювалися від «права та обов’язку кожного щодо зміцнення здоров’я» до сприйняття промоції здоров’я як основного компонента «суспільства добробуту». Висновки. Період розвитку (2005–2023) пов’язується з актуальними напрямами глобальної співпраці, таким як: розвиток промоції здоров’я та усунення прогалин у її реалізації; здоров’я в усіх політиках; промоція здоров’я в контексті цілей сталого розвитку, здоров’я для всіх і всі для здоров’я; створення суспільства добробуту, досягнення благополуччя з використанням підходу, спрямованого на промоцію здоров’я. Детальну характеристику змін уявлення про визначення, стратегії та концепції промоції здоров’я представлено у відповідних публікаціях третього глосарія з промоції здоров’я (2021), який включає 12 основних термінів та 47 загальних визначень.uk-UA
