JUSTIFICATION OF TOOLS FOR STUDYING THE PROBLEMS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF PROVIDING ONCODERMATOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE POPULATION

dc.descriptionPurpose: substantiation of the toolkit for conducting sociological research among various participants in the process of providing medical care to patients with skin cancer in order to clarify the existing needs, problems, and vision of ways to solve them. Material and Methods. The work uses bibliographic, medical-statistical, content analysis, and analytical methods. Statistical data from the National Cancer Registry of Ukraine, strategic and program documents of the UN, and WHO, national legislation on the fight against cancer, and data from scientific literature were analyzed. The socio-hygienic toolkit for identifying problems in the organization of providing oncodermatological care to the population is substantiated. Results. It was established that despite the decrease in the incidence of non-melanoma skin cancer in the population of Ukraine during 2000–2021 by 17.7 %, the incidence of melanoma increased by 65.9 % during this period. A significant proportion of skin cancer cases in neglected stages were revealed. The priority problems of the fight against cancer, which are outlined in the WHO resolution “Cancer prevention and control in the context of an integrated approach”, “WHO reports on cancer: setting priorities, smart investment and providing care for all”, the National action plan on non-communicable diseases to achieve global goals of sustainable development. A socio-hygienic toolkit for identifying problems in the organization of providing oncodermatological care to the population has been substantiated and developed, which includes 5 questionnaires, including for general practitioners; for dermatologists providing care to patients with skin cancer; for public health professionals; for patients of healthcare facilities with and without a diagnosis of skin cancer. Conclusion. The developed toolkit for identifying the problems of the organization of providing oncodermatological care to the population for conducting a sociological study among various participants of this process will allow us to find out the existing problems and needs in the fight against skin cancer in healthcare institutions, to determine the ways to solve them for the justification of optimization measures.en-US
dc.descriptionМета: обґрунтування інструментарію для проведення соціологічного дослідження серед різних учасників процесу надання медичної допомоги пацієнтам із раком шкіри щодо з’ясування існуючих потреб, проблем, бачення шляхів їх вирішення. Матеріали і методи. У роботі використано бібліографічний, медико-статистичний, контент-аналізу та аналітичний методи. Проаналізовано статистичні дані Національного канцер-реєстру України, стратегічні та програмні документи ООН, ВООЗ, національного законодавства щодо боротьби з раком, дані наукової літератури. Обґрунтовано соціально-гігієнічний інструментарій із виявлення проблем організації надання онкодерматологічної допомоги населенню. Результати. Встановлено, що, попри зменшення захворюваності населення України на немеланомний рак шкіри впродовж 2000–2021 рр. на 17,7 %, захворюваність на меланому за вказаний період зросла на 65,9 %.  Виявлено значну питому вагу випадків раку шкіри в занедбаних стадіях. Досліджено пріоритетні проблеми боротьби з раком, які окреслено у резолюції ВАОЗ «Профілактика раку та боротьба з ним у контексті комплексного підходу», Звіті ВООЗ про рак: визначення пріоритетів, розумне інвестування та надання допомоги всім, Національному плані заходів щодо неінфекційних захворювань для досягнення глобальних цілей сталого розвитку. Обґрунтовано та розроблено соціально-гігієнічний інструментарій з виявлення проблем організації надання онкодерматологічної допомоги населенню, який включає 5 анкет, у т. ч. для лікарів загальної практики; для лікарів-дерматологів, що надають допомогу пацієнтам із раком шкіри; для фахівців громадського здоров’я; для пацієнтів закладів охорони здоров’я з діагнозом раку шкіри та без нього. Висновок. Розроблений інструментарій із виявлення проблем організації надання онкодерматологічної допомоги населенню для проведення соціологічного дослідження серед різних учасників цього процесу дозволить  з’ясувати існуючі проблеми та потреби щодо боротьби з раком шкіри в закладах охорони здоров’я, визначити шляхи їх вирішення для обґрунтування заходів оптимізації.uk-UA
