| dc.description | Purpose: to assess and analyze the dynamics of the myocardial infarction incidence in Vinnytsia city. Materials and Methods. The information base of the research was statistical data of the myocardial infarction incidence in Vinnytsia city, as well as practical materials based on the results of the analysis of the activities of the Primary Health Care Centers (PHC) and the Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Treatment and Diagnostic Center of Cardiovascular Pathology. Results. The results obtained during the study confirmed the high incidence of coronary heart disease, in particular, myocardial infarction, in the population of Vinnytsia. This disease leads to high mortality and disability. The need for coordinated interaction of primary care physicians and cardiologists of the city is especially necessary in order to provide operative and qualified assistance to this group of patients. The negative point is that the incidence of acute myocardial infarction increased precisely among the working population during 2020–2021. A similar situation is observed in the analysis of mortality rates. Such an unfavorable trend among the morbidity and mortality rates of the population with this nosology requires increased attention to the organization of the medical and cardiology care system. Conclusions. Myocardial infarction is a significant cause of loss of labor potential in Vinnytsia city. A dynamic analysis of morbidity and mortality rates of the population with acute myocardial infarction showed their negative trend during the study period. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета: оцінити та проаналізувати динаміку захворюваності на інфаркт міокарда у місті Вінниці. Матеріали і методи. Інформаційною базою дослідження були статистичні дані захворюваності на інфаркт міокарда по місту Вінниці, а також практичні матеріали за результатами аналізу діяльності Центрів первинної медико-санітарної допомоги (ЦПМСД) та Вінницького регіонального клінічного лікувально-діагностичного центру серцево-судинної патології. Результати. Отримані у ході дослідження результати підтвердили високу захворюваність населення міста Вінниці на ішемічну хворобу серця, зокрема на інфаркт міокарда. Це захворювання призводить до високої смертності та втрати працездатності. Особливо необхідною є потреба в координованій взаємодії лікарів первинної ланки і кардіологів міста, з метою надання оперативної та кваліфікованої допомоги цій групі хворих. Негативним моментом є те, що протягом 2020–2021 рр. захворюваність на гострий інфаркт міокарда зросла саме серед працездатного населення. Аналогічна ситуація спостерігається і при аналізі показників смертності. Така несприятлива тенденція серед показників захворюваності та смертності населення з цією нозологією вимагає посиленої уваги до організації системи медико-кардіологічної допомоги. Висновки. Інфаркт міокарда є вагомою причиною втрат трудового потенціалу міста Вінниці. Динамічний аналіз показників захворюваності та смертності населення з гострим інфарктом міокарда засвідчив їх негативну тенденцію за період дослідження. | uk-UA |
