DIRECTIONS AND FORMS OF PUBLIC HEALTH SYSTEM ACTIVITY IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASES IN THE MEGAPOLIS

dc.descriptionPurpose: to develop and present the directions and forms of public health system activity in the fight against cerebrovascular diseases in the megapolis. Materials and Methods. The following methods were applied in the course of research: bibliosemantic, of structural-and-logical analysis, of descriptive modeling. The directions of the public health system activities in the fight against cerebrovascular diseases were established by the method of expert evaluation. 25 qualified specialists worked as the experts. Systematic approach composed the methodological base of the study. Results. The expert way established directions and forms of public health system activity in the fight against cerebrovascular diseases. Informational and educational comprehensive work on the issues of prevention and consequences of cerebrovascular diseases and cerebral strokes at the community level, organized groups and families received the highest assessment of experts, and the individual informational-and-educational work received the lowest level of evaluation. The experts supported the necessity for epidemiological supervision of risks of cerebrovascular diseases and cerebral strokes, advocacy for the formation of health profile in the city, communications and social mobilization in the interests of preserving and strengthening the health of the population of the city. The results obtained served as the basis for the development of a model of informational-and-communication work of the public health system to combat cerebrovascular diseases. Conclusions. The use of the proposed directions and forms of public health system activity in the fight against cerebrovascular diseases in the megapolis will reduce the morbidity and mortality rate of the population due to cerebrovascular diseases and cerebral strokes.en-US
dc.descriptionМета: розробити та представити напрями і форми діяльності системи громадського здоров’я в боротьбі із цереброваскулярними хворобами у мегаполісі. Матеріали і методи. При виконанні роботи використано такі методи: бібліосемантичний, структурно-логічного аналізу, описового моделювання. Використовуючи метод експертних оцінок, встановлено напрями діяльності служби громадського здоров’я в боротьбі із цереброваскулярними хворобами. Експертами виступили 25 кваліфікованих спеціалістів. Методичною базою дослідження став системний підхід. Результати. Експертним шляхом встановлено напрями і форми діяльності системи громадського здоров’я в боротьбі із цереброваскулярними хворобами. Найвищу оцінку експертів отримала інформаційно-просвітницька комплексна робота з питань профілактики та наслідків цереброваскулярних хвороб та мозкових інсультів на рівні громади, організованих колективів і сімей, а найнижчий рівень оцінки отримала індивідуальна інформаційно-просвітницька робота. Експерти підтримали необхідність епідеміологічного нагляду за ризиками розвитку цереброваскулярних хвороб та мозкових інсультів, адвокації з формування здоров’язбережувального профілю міста, комунікацій та соціальної мобілізації в інтересах збереження та зміцнення здоров’я населення міста. Отримані результати стали основою для розробки моделі інформаційно-комунікативної роботи системи громадського здоров’я з боротьби із цереброваскулярними хворобами. Висновки. Використання запропонованих напрямів і форм діяльності системи громадського здоров’я в боротьбі із цереброваскулярними хворобами у мегаполісі дозволить знизити темпи захворюваності та смертності населення внаслідок цереброваскулярних хвороб та мозкових інсультів.uk-UA
