APPLICATION OF MASSAGE IN REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH ANGINA PECTORIS

dc.descriptionIntroduction. Angina pectoris (AP) significantly affects the quality of life of patients and their ability to work. Despite the achievements of modern medicine in the treatment of this disease, a significant part of patients still face symptoms that negatively affect their condition. In this regard, the search for new therapeutic approaches that can enhance the effectiveness of traditional treatment methods remains a relevant and important task of medical science. The aim of the study – to investigate the feasibility of using massage during the rehabilitation of AP patients. The main part. The article discusses the main methods of physical rehabilitation for AP, the leading one being massage. Patients with AP are divided into four groups. The first group include people who rarely experience AP attacks and have good circulatory compensation; patients in the second group experience rare AP attacks and shortness of breath when walking quickly; those in the third group are characterized by frequent AP attacks during normal exercise with symptoms of circulatory failure of the first degree; patients in the fourth group are characterized by frequent AP attacks at rest and during exercise and circulatory failure of the second degree. Existing pharmacological strategies for combating AP demonstrate high effectiveness, but they do not always provide complete relief of symptoms. In addition, some patients may have contraindications to the use of certain drugs or experience negative side effects from their use. In this regard, it should be noted that in recent years, the use of massage as an additional method of therapy has attracted increasing attention. This approach is characterized by the potential ability to improve blood circulation, reduce the intensity of pain and stress levels, as well as contribute to the general improvement of patients’ well-being. In addition, the use of such massage can positively affect the normalization of metabolic processes in muscles, ligaments and joints. Conclusions. In this context, the study of the effectiveness of massage therapy in AP patients can open new prospects for the comprehensive treatment of this cardiovascular disease.en-US
dc.descriptionВступ. Стенокардія суттєво впливає на якість життя пацієнтів та їх здатність до трудової діяльності. Незважаючи на досягнення сучасної медицини у лікуванні цього захворювання, в значної частини пацієнтів усе ще виникають симптоми, які негативно впливають на їх стан. У зв’язку з цим, пошук нових терапевтичних підходів, які здатні посилити ефективність традиційних методів лікування, залишається актуальним та важливим завданням медичної науки. Мета роботи – дослідити доцільність застосування масажу під час реабілітації пацієнтів із стенокардією. Основна частина. У статті розглянуто основні методи фізичної реабілітації при стенокардії, провідним серед яких є масаж. Хворих із стенокардією поділяють на чотири групи. Першу групу становлять люди, в яких напади стенокардії виникають рідко, а компенсація кровообігу хороша. У пацієнтів другої групи спостерігають рідкісні напади стенокардії напруги, з’являється задишка при швидкій ходьбі. У тих, хто належить до третьої групи, частими є напади стенокардії напруги при звичайних навантаженнях в поєднанні з явищами недостатності кровообігу I ступеня. Для хворих, які становлять четверту групу, характерні часті напади стенокардії у спокої та при навантаженні й недостатність кровообігу II ступеня. Існуючі фармакологічні стратегії боротьби зі стенокардією демонструють високу ефективність, вони не завжди забезпечують повне усунення симптомів. Крім того, частина пацієнтів може мати протипоказання до приймання певних препаратів або зазнавати негативних побічних реакцій на їх використання. Зважаючи на це, слід відзначити, що в останні роки все більшу увагу привертає застосування масажу як додаткового методу терапії. Цей підхід характеризується потенційною здатністю поліпшувати кровообіг, знижувати інтенсивність больових відчуттів і рівень стресу, а також сприяти загальному покращенню самопочуття пацієнтів. Окрім того, використання такого масажу може позитивно впливати на нормалізацію обмінних процесів у м’язах, зв’язковому апараті та суглобах. Висновки. У такому контексті дослідження результативності масажної терапії в осіб із стенокардією може відкрити нові перспективи для комплексного лікування цього серцево-судинного захворювання.uk-UA
