dc.descriptionIntroduction. Social responsibility can motivate disaster nurses to dedicate themselves to protecting the rights and interests of people when they face public health challenges. However, few have examined the relationship between moral courage, job evaluation, and social responsibility among disaster nurses. The aim of the study – to highlight the influence of moral duties and respect for work on the social responsibility of disaster relief nurses and to find out the pattern of the relationship between them. The main part. In recent decades, the frequency of global disasters has been increasing, causing heavy human casualties and significant economic losses. A disaster is a catastrophic event or series of events that cause mass loss of life, great human suffering and danger, or large-scale damage to property or the environment, seriously disrupting social functioning. As the largest and most important rescue force in the health care system, nurses play a crucial role in emergency response work, and their sense of responsibility and spirit of voluntary service are of great importance to the development of rescue operations. Disaster nurses are an excellent reserve for disaster rescue and a major technical force for disaster nursing. Nurses need to protect life, maintain health and take social responsibility during disasters. It is very important that nurses integrate the responsibility for preserving the health of the population into their ethical and moral values and take on social responsibility individually. The social responsibility of nurses plays a decisive role in eliminating the consequences of disasters and meeting the growing needs in the field of health care. Therefore, it is very important for managers of nursing services to develop and implement measures to increase the social responsibility of nurses who work in the field of providing medical assistance in the event of disasters. Conclusions. Job appreciation as a mediator between moral courage and social responsibility among disaster nurses. Regular assessments of nurses’ moral courage by nursing leaders and activities such as meetings and seminars can reduce moral distress, promote moral courage, increase self-esteem, and improve social responsibility scores among disaster nurses.en-US

Соціальна відповідальність може мотивувати медсестер, які надають допомогу при катастрофах, присвятити себе захисту прав та інтересів людей, коли вони стикаються з викликами, що загрожують здоров’ю населення. Проте мало хто досліджував взаємозв’язок між моральною відвагою та соціальною відповідальністю серед медсестер, які надають допомогу при катастрофах. Мета роботи – висвітлити вплив моральних якостей та поваги до роботи на соціальну відповідальність медсестер, які займаються ліквідацією наслідків стихійних лих, і з’ясувати модель відносин між ними. Основна частина. В останні десятиліття зростає кількість глобальних катастроф, що спричиняють людські жертви та значні економічні збитки. Катастрофа – це катастрофічна подія або серія подій, які викликають масову загибель людей, великі людські страждання та небезпеку або завдають масштабної шкоди матеріальним цінностям чи навколишньому середовищу, серйозно порушуючи соціальний устрій. Будучи найбільшою і найважливішою рятувальною силою в системі охорони здоров’я, медсестри відіграють вирішальну роль у роботі з реагування на надзвичайні ситуації, а їх почуття відповідальності та дух добровільного служіння мають велике значення для розвитку рятувальних робіт. Медсестри, які надають допомогу при катастрофах, є чудовим резервом для порятунку в разі їх виникнення та основним ресурсом при катастрофах. Їм необхідно захищати життя, підтримувати здоров’я і брати на себе соціальну відповідальність під час катастроф. Дуже важливо, щоб медсестри інтегрували відповідальність за збереження здоров’я населення у свої етичні та моральні цінності й брали на себе соціальну відповідальність індивідуально. Соціальна відповідальність медсестер відіграє вирішальну роль у ліквідації наслідків катастроф і задоволенні зростаючих потреб у сфері охорони здоров’я. Тому керівникам медсестринських служб дуже важливо розробити і впровадити заходи для підвищення соціальної відповідальності медсестер, які працюють у сфері надання медичної допомоги. Висновки. Результати дослідження є посередником між моральною відвагою та соціальною відповідальністю серед медсестер, які надають допомогу при катастрофах. Регулярна оцінка керівниками медсестринських служб моральної мужності медсестер і такі заходи, як зустрічі та семінари, можуть зменшити моральний дистрес, сприяти морально сміливій поведінці, підвищити самооцінку та покращити показники соціальної відповідальності серед медсестер, які надають допомогу при катастрофах.uk-UA
