dc.descriptionMotor and physical activity is an important factor in the formation, preservation of human health and development, especially in childhood, adolescence and youth. Regular physical education helps to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease by up to 36 percent, reduce the negative impact of bad habits on the human body, increase stress resistance and avoid antisocial behavior, and promote development in all areas of life. The aim of the study – to highlight the effective educational and methodological complexes of professionally applied physical exercises for the formation of professionally important skills for future physical therapists and rehabilitation therapists. The main part. The article analyzes the effectiveness of the use of complexes of exercises for professional and applied physical training. We have found that the connection of physical education with the practical activity of future physical therapists and rehabilitation therapists is most successfully realized in their professional and applied physical training. As one of the components of physical education, professional and applied physical training is a pedagogically oriented process of providing specialized physical training for the future profession. In our opinion, the priority task of professional and applied physical training in a higher medical education institution is to improve the mechanisms of effective adaptation of students to future professional activities. Therefore, professional and applied physical training of future physical therapists and rehabilitation therapists should be carried out taking into account the specifics and characteristics of the future profession. Conclusions. Success in the future professional activity of physical therapists and rehabilitation specialists will depend on the mastering of professionally important motor skills and abilities, development of physical abilities acquired in the process of professional and applied physical training. Professional and applied physical training of higher education applicants should be aimed at developing static strength endurance of the muscles of the legs, back, abdomen and neck. After all, these muscles will carry a significant load when performing professional activities.en-US
dc.descriptionРухова та фізична активність є важливим чинником формування, збереження здоров’я і розвитку людини, особливо в дитячому, підлітковому та юнацькому віці. Регулярні заняття фізичною культурою допомагають знизити рівень захворюваності на хвороби серцево-судинної системи до 36 %, зменшити негативний вплив на організм людини шкідливих звичок, підвищити рівень стресостійкості, уникнути проявів асоціальної поведінки, сприяти розвитку в усіх сферах життя. Мета роботи – висвітлити ефективні навчально-методичні комплекси професійно-прикладних фізичних вправ для формування професійно важливих умінь і навичок у майбутніх фізичних терапевтів та реабілітологів. Основна частина. У статті проаналізовано ефективність застосування комплексів вправ професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки. Встановлено, що зв’язок фізичного виховання з практичною діяльністю майбутніх фізичних терапевтів та реабілітологів найбільш вдало реалізується в їх професійно-прикладній фізичній підготовці. Як один із компонентів фізичного виховання професійно-прикладна фізична підготовка є педагогічно спрямованим процесом забезпечення спеціалізованої фізичної підготовки до майбутньої професії. Пріоритетним завданням професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки в медичному закладі вищої освіти є її покращення та вдосконалення механізмів ефективної адаптації студентів до майбутньої професійної діяльності. Тому професійно-прикладну фізичну підготовку майбутніх фізичних терапевтів та реабілітологів необхідно здійснювати з урахуванням специфіки й особ­ливостей майбутньої професії. Висновки. Від засвоєння професійно важливих рухових умінь і навичок, розвитку фізичних здібностей, здобутих у процесі професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки, будуть залежати успіхи в майбутній професійній діяльності фізичних терапевтів та реабілітологів. Професійно-прикладна фізична підготовка здобувачів вищої освіти повинна спрямовуватись на розвиток статичної силової витривалості м’язів ніг, спини, живота і шиї. Адже саме ці м’язи будуть нести значне навантаження при виконанні професійних дій.uk-UA
