| dc.description | The article represents the information on modern vaccines against COVID-19, laboratory control of the formation of post-infectious and post-vaccine immunity, based on the analysis of different literary references. A lot of statements of the manufacturers on the efficiency level of vaccines, expressed as a percentage, are now available. Those data are most likely about the level of formation of protective immunity to SARS-CoV-2 after vaccination in a certain proportion of individuals who received the particular type of vaccine, and they vary widely from 50 to 95 %. In order to objectify this assessment, it is suggested to focus on the blood level of anticoagulant IgG, expressed in «Binding antibody units» per unit volume – BAU/ml. At «average» and «above average» levels of anticoagulant IgG (more than 200 BAU/ml) vaccination can and should be delayed. The vaccination of individuals with «low» levels of anti-IgG (up to 50 BAU/ml) is in paramount concern. | en-US |
| dc.description | На підставі аналізу відомостей літератури наведено інформацію про сучасні вакцини від COVID-19, лабораторний контроль формування постінфекційного і післявакцинного імунітету. Зараз доступні заяви виробників про той чи інший рівень ефективності вакцин, виражений у відсотках. Найімовірніше, йдеться про рівень формування після вакцинації протективного імунітету до SARS-CoV-2 у певної частки осіб, які отримали конкретну вакцину. Ці цифри дуже різняться – від 50 до 95 %. Задля об’єктивізації такої оцінки запропоновано орієнтуватися на рівень у крові пацієнта антиковідних IgG, виражений у довільних зв’язувальних одиницях або «Binding antibody units» на одиницю об’єму – BAU/ml. При «середньому» та «вищому від середнього» рівнях антиковідних IgG (понад 200 BAU/ml) вакцинація може і повинна бути відтермінована. Особи з «низьким» рівнем антиковідних IgG (до 50 BAU/ml) потребують щеплення першочергово. | uk-UA |
