| dc.description | This article describes the results of application of traditional and non-traditional methods of rehabilitation and their effectiveness. The effectiveness of these rehabilitation methods has been confirmed. It was found that the use of physical therapy, physiotherapy and massage has positive effects on the affected muscles in patients with lumboisalgia: these methods give an opportunity to localize pain and to prevent of its spread, to reduce the severity of pain, to normalize muscle tone, and to improve blood and lymph flow. | en-US |
| dc.description | У даній статті описано результати застосування традиційних та нетрадиційних методів реабілітації та їх ефективність. Підтверджено результативність даних методів реабілітації. Виявлено, що застосування лікувальної фізичної культури, фізіотерапії та масажу позитивно діє на уражені м’язи хворих на люмбоішалгію, а саме: локалізує біль та запобігає його поширенню, зменшує больовий синдром, сприяє нормалізації тонусу м’язів, поліпшенню крово- та лімфотоку. | uk-UA |
