| dc.description | The article analyzes the peculiarities of the transformation of the educational process in higher education institutions, in particular medical ones. The key challenges related to security, mobility, and access to digital resources are identified. Particular attention is paid to medical higher education institutions, which faced extremely difficult conditions of functioning. The purpose of the study is to analyze the transformation processes in higher education institutions, in particular medical ones, during martial law and to identify prospects for their further development. The bibliosemantic research method was used to write this article. The literature search was conducted in international (PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar) and Ukrainian resources (V.I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, electronic catalogs of professional publications). The selection of sources was based on the following criteria: publications of the last decade (with the possible inclusion of classical works), relevance of the topic, availability in professional publications, presentation in Ukrainian, English, and other European languages. In addition, regulatory and legal acts were analyzed. The results of the study and their discussion. Digital technologies have become the main tool for ensuring the continuity of education, promoting individualization and mobility, but at the same time exacerbating the problem of digital inequality and psychological overload of students and teachers. Martial law has acted as a catalyst for the digital transformation of higher and medical education institutions, stimulating the active introduction of innovative forms of learning that combine theoretical training and clinical practice. The transformation of the educational process under martial law is a multifaceted phenomenon that requires a combination of digital technologies, pedagogical approaches, and psychological support. It is important to ensure the stability of the education system, adapt to crisis conditions, and develop models that guarantee further development. | en-US |
| dc.description | У публікації проаналізовано процеси зміни освітнього середовища в закладах вищої освіти під час критичних, кризових ситуацій і в умовах воєнного стану. Визначено основні проблемні напрями, що охоплюють питання безпеки, забезпечення мобільності й рівного доступу до цифрових технологій. Окремий акцент зроблено на функціонуванні медичних університетів, які працюють у надзвичайно напружених умовах. Мета дослідження – проаналізувати трансформаційні процеси в закладах вищої освіти, зокрема медичних, під час воєнного стану та виявити перспективи їх подальшого розвитку. У дослідженні застосовано бібліосематичний підхід, що передбачає систематичний аналіз наукових джерел. Пошук літератури здійснювався в міжнародних (PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar) і національних інформаційних ресурсах, зокрема у фондах Національної бібліотеки України імені В.І. Вернадського й електронних каталогах фахових видань. Відбір джерел проводився за такими критеріями: публікації останнього десятиліття з можливим включенням класичних робіт, релевантність теми трансформації освітнього процесу в умовах воєнного стану, наявність у фахових виданнях, а також представленість різними мовами (українською, англійською та іншими європейськими). Додатково аналізувалися нормативно-правові документи. Результати дослідження показали, що цифрові технології стали основним інструментом забезпечення безперервності навчання, сприяли індивідуалізації та мобільності, але водночас загострили проблему цифрової нерівності й психологічного перевантаження студентів і викладачів. Воєнний стан став каталізатором цифрової трансформації закладів вищої освіти, а для закладів вищої медичної освіти це стало стимулом активного впровадження інноваційних форм навчання, які поєднують теорію та клінічну практику. | uk-UA |
