dc.descriptionThe negative impact of the difficult socioeconomic situation on the birth rate and early neonatal morbidity and mortality requires paying more attention to the study of the role of psychological factors in solving demographic problems. The medico-psychological aspect of the improvement of reproductive health is one of the most topical objectives of the contemporary science and the psychological side of this problem deserves thorough and comprehensive scientific research. The aim of the study – to analyze the influence of psychological factors on the psycho-emotional status of women with infertility. We can state that the scientific interest in the problem of infertility has grown significantly in recent years. However, there are no unambiguous facts about the relationship between the mental and the somatic in obstetric and gynecological practice. In modern society, pregnant women experience chronic stress, which is deepened by social conflicts, environmental and technological disasters, and not only gynaecological and somatic problems. Therefore, the concept of the genesis of gestational complications as maladjustment disorder, deserves attention, and the psychological aspect of the problem needs a comprehensive scientific research. The influence of psychological factors on the psycho-emotional state of women with infertility in the late reproductive age is undoubtedly significant. We have identified the common psychological manifestations of the psycho-emotional state of women with infertility: increased vulnerability, anxiety, instability of psycho-emotional sensations. Yet we have found that some groups need more external sensations and experience, the reduction of masculine influence and acceptance of their femininity while others require more support, the development of assertive behavior, an increase in self-esteem and the projection of an optimistic worldview. Among the psychological factors, we have singled out the following: stress, conflict behavior of partners, the way of perceiving the situation of infertility and readiness to improve it. Therefore, the aim of our work was to analyze the influence of psychological factors on the psycho-emotional status of women with infertility.en-US
dc.descriptionНегативний вплив складної соціально-економічної ситуації на процеси народжуваності та ранньої неонатальної захворюваності й смертності вимагає більшої уваги до вивчення ролі психологічних факторів у вирішенні демографічних проблем. Саме медико-психологічний аспект покращення репродуктивного здоров’я є одним із найбільш актуальних завдань сучасної науки, а власне психологічна сторона цієї проблеми заслуговує пильного та всестороннього наукового дослідження. Мета дослідження – проаналізувати вплив психологічних чинників на психоемоційний статус жінок із непліддям. Можемо констатувати, що науковий інтерес до проблеми непліддя за останні роки значно зріс. Однак однозначних фактів про співвідношення психічного і соматичного в акушерсько-гінекологічній практиці не існує. У сучасному суспільстві вагітність перебігає на фоні хронічного стресу, що поглиблюється соціальними конфліктами, екологічними та технологічними катастрофами, а не тільки гінекологічними та соматичними проблемами, тому й заслуговує на увагу концепція генезу гестаційних ускладнень як хвороби дезадаптації, а власне психологічна сторона цієї проблеми потребує пильного та всестороннього наукового дослідження. Без сумніву, вплив психологічних чинників на психоемоційний статус жінок пізнього репродуктивного віку з непліддям вагомий. З’ясовано спільні психологічні прояви психоемоційного стану жінок із непліддям: підвищена вразливість, тривожність, нестійкість психоемоційних переживань. Проте визначено, що в одних групах є потреба у зовнішніх переживаннях, зменшенні маскулінного впливу і прийняття своєї жіночності, а в інших є потреба в підтримці, у формуванні проявів асертивної поведінки, підвищенні самооцінки і проектуванні оптимістичної картини світу. Серед психологічних чинників виокремлено такі: стресові переживання, конфліктність у поведінці партнерів, спосіб прийняття ситуації непліддя та готовність до її корекції. Тому метою нашої роботи було провести аналіз впливу психологічних чинників на психоемоційний статус жінок із непліддям.uk-UA
