| dc.description | SUMMARY. A modern view of jaundice in pregnant women and their differential diagnosis is presented. In some cases, jaundice can be induced by pregnancy (intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnant women, excessive vomiting of pregnant women, preeclampsia, eclampsia, HELLP-syndrome, acute fatty liver disease), in others – it manifests itself independently of it (infectious and toxic hepatitis, acute cholestasis due to gallstones’ disease or neoplasms, Budd-Chiari syndrome, autoimmune hepatitis, primary sclerosing cholangitis, liver cirrhosis, hemolytic jaundice of various genesis, etc.). Adequate diagnosis enables timely ethiotropic, symptomatic or pathogenetic therapy, or premature delivery to prevent complications, to reduce risks for mother and child. | en-US |
| dc.description | Представлено сучасний погляд на жовтяниці у вагітних і їх диференційну діагностику. В одних випадках жовтяниці можуть бути індуковані вагітністю (внутрішньопечінковий холестаз вагітних, надмірне блювання вагітних, прееклампсія, еклампсія, HELLP-синдром, гостра жирова дистрофія печінки), в інших – проявляється незалежно від неї (інфекційні й токсичні гепатити, гострий холестаз на ґрунті жовчнокам’яної хвороби чи новоутворень, синдром Бадда-Кіарі, автоімунний гепатит, первинний склерозувальний холангіт, цироз печінки, гемолітичні жовтяниці різного генезу тощо). Адекватна діагностика уможливлює своєчасну етіотропну, симптоматичну чи патогенетичну терапію, або й передчасне розродження для запобігання ускладненням, щоб знизити ризики для матері та дитини. | uk-UA |
