| dc.description | SUMMARY. Legionellosis is an acute sapronosis infectious disease caused by Legionella spp. (more often Legionella pneumophila), and is characterized by a polymorphism of clinical manifestations with predominant damage to the respiratory system in the form of atypical community-acquired and hospital-acquired pneumonia (Legionnaires’ disease) or a febrile virus-like disease (Pontiac fever). Attention to the disease is associated with the increase in the number of cases, in particular in the European region, and a possible correlation with climate change. The influence of aerosolized contaminated water from artificial water supply systems is proven. An analysis of clinical cases of Legionnaires’ disease in the Cherkasy region in 2024 is presented. | en-US |
| dc.description | Легіонельоз – гостре сапронозне захворювання, що викликається Legionella spp. (частіше Legionella pneumophila) та характеризується поліморфізмом клінічних проявів із переважним ураженням дихальної системи у вигляді атипової негоспітальної та госпітальної пневмонії (хвороби легіонерів) або фебрильного вірусоподібного захворювання (гарячки Понтіак). Увага до захворювання пов’язана зі зростанням кількості випадків, зокрема і в європейському регіоні, та можливою кореляцією зі змінами клімату. Доведеним є вплив аеролізованої контамінованої води зі штучних систем водопостачання. Наведено аналіз клінічних випадків хвороби легіонерів у Черкаській області у 2024 р. | uk-UA |
