For the first time, the authors proposed the results of the study of the modern legal provision of biological safety and biological protection of Ukraine in the context of the possibilities of adequate countermeasures against biological threats to the national security of the state and proposed scientifically based ways of further improvement of the relevant legal norms. The content of each chapter of the book is briefly described.
