dc.descriptionSUMMARY. The article considers the main problems of pharmacotherapy of intrauterine fetal pathologies. An active search for the solution has been carried out, making the problem truly scientific, not empirical, and most importantly, accessible to practical clinical medicine. Studies have shown that the most promising method of fetal pharmacotherapy is the injection of pharmacological agents into the amniotic fluid. Mathematical models have been created based on the direct delivery of the pharmacological agents to the fetus, taking into account its gestational age, weight, physiological characteristics and volume of amniotic fluid in a developing pregnancy, which allows us to calculate: the initial dose of a drug to be injected into the amniotic fluid, as well as the dynamics of fetal oral absorption of the drugs. A theoretical base has been developed that allows to make this method of fetal pharmacotherapy universal, enabling it to be put into practice and used in a wide range of fetal pathologies in clinical medicine. The most promising area of this method application nowadays is the therapy of intrauterine fetal infections.en-US
dc.descriptionРозглянуто основні проблеми фармакотерапії внутрішньоутробних патологій плода. Здійснено активний пошук шляхів вирішення проблеми, зробивши її реально науковими, а не емпіричними, та доступною для практичної клінічної медицини. Дослідження показали, що найбільш перспективним способом фармакотерапії плода є введення фармакологічних препаратів у навколоплідні води. Створено математичні моделі, засновані на безпосередній доставці фармакологічних препаратів плоду з урахуванням його гестаційного віку, маси, фізіологічних особливостей та обсягу навколоплідних вод під час вагітності, що розвивається, які дозволяють розраховувати: початкову дозу препарату для введення в амніотичну рідину, а також динаміку перорального поглинання плодом цього засобу. Розроблено теоретичну базу, яка дозволяє вже сьогодні зробити цей метод фармакотерапії плода універсальним і дати йому можливість для практичної реалізації на широкому спектрі патологій плода. Найбільш перспективним напрямом застосування цього методу сьогодні є фармакотерапія внутрішньоутробних інфекцій плода.uk-UA
