| dc.description | On the basis of review of scientific literature, an article is devoted to the specific tuberculosis pleural disease of is covered. Pleural tuberculosis empyema remains one of the most severe complications of generalized (tuberculosis-nonspecific) chest lesions. The specificity of TB suppuration is caused by untimely onset, late diagnosis and inadequate treatment in previous stages of medical care. The primary resistance of mycobacteria, the joining of persistent hospital flora and hypersensitization of the patient to a mixed comorbid infection, which remains not quite studied and studied, is of great importance. Scientific and practical interest of this problem is due to the high prevalence of pleura purulent tuberculosis in medical institutions, insufficient efficiency of existing treatments, lack of tendency to decrease and high mortality, which causes significant difficulties to a wide. The essence of this problem is caused by the absence of uniform views on pathogenesis and morphogenesis of pleural empyema of tuberculosis, which reduces the modern early diagnosis and possibility of timely surgical treatment of this pathology. | en-US |
| dc.description | На підставі огляду наукової літератури висвітлюється специфічне туберкульозне захворювання плеври. Туберкульозна емпієма плеври залишається одним із найтяжчих ускладнень генералізованого (туберкульозно-неспецифічного) ураження органів грудної порожнини. Особливостями змішаного нагноєння є прихований початок, пізня діагностика і неадекватне лікування на попередніх етапах медичної допомоги. Досить велике значення має первинна резистентність мікобактерій, приєднання стійкої лікарняної флори та гіперсенсибілізація хворого уже до змішаної коморбідної інфекції, яка залишається нині не зовсім дослідженою. Науковий і практичний інтерес до цієї проблеми обумовлений значною поширеністю туберкульозної емпієми в медичних закладах, недостатньою ефективністю існуючих методів діагностики та лікування, відсутністю тенденції до зниження та високою летальністю у задавнених випадках. Сутність проблеми вказує на відсутність єдиних поглядів на патогенез і морфогенез інфекції туберкульозної емпієми плеври, які обмежують ранню діагностику та можливості своєчасного хірургічного лікування. | uk-UA |
