SUMMARY. The article examines the characteristics of combat flammable substances used by the enemy during confrontations on the battlefield in Ukraine, their principles of action, the issue of priority and effectiveness of pre-medical and medical care at various stages of medical evacuation from the battlefield and sending injured military staff to specialized medical facilities, where surgical treatment and physical rehabilitation of burn disease of combatants is carried out. The aim – to investigate and optimize the treatment and using of physical therapy at various types of burns received in combat conditions by the military staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine due to the combined action of the chemical substances of the warhead and the thermal factor of it according to analytical review of modern medical national and foreign literature. Material and Methods. Analysis of materials available in open sources regarding the use of the principles of providing modern medical care at various stages of medical evacuation from the battlefield of combatants with burn disease obtained as a result of combat clashes with the russians. Results. The timeliness and comprehensiveness of providing primary medical aid in field conditions, qualified medical aid at various stages of medical evacuation of victims from the theater of war operations, surgical treatment of burns and their consequences in the conditions of specialized medical institutions with the subsequent formation of scar tissue, and the fastest return of the injured to the military service and full quality life condition. Understanding the action of combat flammable substances, modern methods of burn injury treatment play a big role in this process. After providing primary medical aid and specialized treatment in military hospitals, combatants need physical and psychological rehabilitation for their full recovery. Conclusions. The article is devoted to modern approaches to the organization of the process of treatment of military staff of Ukrainian Army with burn injuries and the impact of methods and means of right organization of first medical aid and stages of medical evacuation in conditions of battlefield on the success of recovery of patients and reducing the duration of their treatment and role of physical rehabilitation in it.en-US
dc.descriptionРЕЗЮМЕ.
