dc.descriptionSUMMARY. The article raises the question of how to provide medical care in life-threatening conditions, when a doctor in the absence of equipment (outside the medical institution) is not able to apply Protocol recommendations for: acute blood loss, anaphylactic shock, hypertension, pulmonary edema, bronchial asthma. The aim – to inform doctors about the provision of medical care in the absence of medical equipment and the impossibility of applying the existing Protocols. Material and Methods. The article uses references to medical literature, 45 years of personal experience in anesthesiology and intensive care, materials for reviewing fatalities. Conclusions. A doctor, even in the absence of medical equipment, guided by the basics of thanatogenesis, is always able to provide medical care to a victim who is in critical condition.en-US
dc.descriptionРЕЗЮМЕ. У статті висвітлено питання про те, як надати медичну допомогу при загрозливих для життя станах, коли у лікаря за умов відсутності оснащення (поза межами медичного закладу) немає змоги застосувати Протокольні рекомендації при гострій крововтраті, анафілактичному шоці, артеріальній гіпертензії, набряку легень, нападі бронхіальної астми. Мета – інформувати лікарів про надання медичної допомоги в умовах відсутності медичного оснащення та неможливості застосування існуючих Протоколів. Матеріал і методи. У статті використані посилання на медичну літературу, 45-річний власний досвід роботи в анестезіології та інтенсивній терапії, матеріали із рецензування летальних випадків. Висновки. Лікар, навіть за відсутності медичного оснащення, орієнтуючись в основах танатогенезу, завжди спроможний надати медичну допомогу потерпілому, який перебуває у критичному стані.uk-UA
