| dc.description | The review presents current literature data on the main metabolic and regulatory effects of thyroid hormones. The aim – to analyze publications that reflect the already known main metabolic and regulatory effects of thyroid hormones, and to demonstrate the results of recent studies, as well as to show trends and prospects for development instudy of clinical and pathogenetic significance of thyroid hormones. Conclusions. The high prevalence of thyroid disease among the population, along with their etiological heterogeneity, dictates the need for further research on the effects of thyroid hormones on various aspects of metabolism, which will improve understandingmechanisms of formation of pathological conditions associated with disorders of their metabolism, and to optimize approaches to their pharmacotherapy. | en-US |
| dc.description | В огляді представлені сучасні дані літератури про основні метаболічні та регуляторні ефекти тиреоїдних гормонів. Мета – провести аналіз публікацій, що відображають уже відомі основнi метаболiчнi та регуляторнi ефекти тиреоїдних гормонiв, продемонструвати результати останніх досліджень, а також показати тенденції та перспективи розвитку у дослідженні клініко-патогенетичного значення гормонів щитоподібної залози. Висновки. Висока поширеність захворювань щитоподібної залози серед населення та їх етіологічна гетерогенність зумовлюють необхідність подальших досліджень впливу тиреоїдних гормонів на різні аспекти метаболізму, що дозволить покращити розуміння механізмів формування патологічних станів, асоційованих із порушеннями їх обміну, та оптимізувати підходи до їх фармакотерапії. | uk-UA |
