| dc.description | Trocar site hernia is a serious complication that occurs after various types of laparoscopic surgical interventions. Currently, the frequency of this complication is not high. However, due to the increase in laparoscopic surgical interventions in modern medical practice, the number of patients who may develop this disease increases accordingly. Research in the field of complications of mini-invasive surgery is definitely relevant nowadays. Despite the fact that this disease can be considered modern, the first case of trocar site hernia was described in laparoscopic gynecology in 1960. In this article, we systematize all information about classification, the most common causes of trocar site hernias, methods of their prevention, and treatment. | en-US |
| dc.description | Троакарна грижа – це тяжке ускладнення, яке виникає після різних типів лапароскопічних операційних втручань, на даний момент частота виникнення цього ускладнення не є високою. Проте внаслідок збільшення в сучасній медичній практиці лапароскопічних операційних втручань збільшується, відповідно, і кількість пацієнтів, у яких може виникати дане захворювання. Дослідження у сфері ускладнень міні-інвазивної хірургії є, безперечно, актуальними у наш час. Незважаючи на те, що це захворювання можна вважати сучасним, перший випадок троакарної грижі був описаний у лапароскопічній гінекології у 1960 р. У даній статті ми систематизуємо усі відомості про класифікацію, найпоширеніші причини утворення троакарних гриж, методи їх профілактики, лікування. | uk-UA |
