| dc.description | The aim of the work: to study the diagnostic potential of the neutrophilic granulocyte form factor in the blood of patients with burns of varying severity degrees. Materials and Methods. The study involved examination of 148 patients with burns of various extent of body surface and depths of injury, aged 18-60 years, who were hospitalized at the Clinical Center for Thermal Injury and Plastic Surgery of the Municipal Non-profit Enterprise “Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Hospital, Vinnytsia Regional Council” in the period of 2016–2020. According to the injury severity score, they were divided into 3 groups: group I with a score of 30-60 U (grade II / moderately severe) included 63 patients; group II with an index of 60–90 U (III degree / severe condition) consisted of 61 patients; group III, the indicator value of which was more than 90 U (IV degree / extremely severe condition), included 24 victims. Blood sampling for determination of general clinical laboratory parameters and the neutrophilic granulocyte form factor was performed on days 1, 3, 7, 14, 28, 42 and 56. Statistical processing was performed using Office 365 Software (“Microsoft Excel”) and “Statistica 5.5”. Results and Discussion. The study results revealed the advantages of neutrophilic granulocyte form factor over traditional general clinical hematological parameters, which demonstrated the ability to reflect the stages of the wound process with a significant difference in values in patients depending on the severity of thermal damage. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета роботи: вивчення діагностичного потенціалу показника фактора форми нейтрофільних гранулоцитів у крові пацієнтів з опіками різного ступеня тяжкості. Матеріали і методи. Дослідження передбачало обстеження 148 пацієнтів з опіками різної площі та глибини ушкодження, віком 18–60 років, які були госпіталізовані до Клінічного Центру термічної травми та пластичної хірургії Комунального некомерційного підприємства “Вінницька обласна клінічна лікарня імені М. І. Пирогова Вінницької обласної Ради” впродовж 2016–2020 рр. Відповідно до індексу тяжкості ураження вони були розподілені на 3 групи: І групу з показником 30–60 од. (ІІ ступінь/середня тяжкість) склали 63 пацієнта; ІІ групу з показником 60-90 од. (ІІІ ступінь/тяжкий стан) – 61 пацієнт; ІІІ групу, у яких значення показника було більше 90 од. (ІV ступінь/вкрай тяжкий стан) – 24 постраждалі. Забір крові для визначення загальноклінічних лабораторних показників та значення фактора форми нейтрофільних гранулоцитів проводили на 1, 3, 7, 14, 28, 42 та 56 доби. Статистичну обробку проводили з використанням програмного забезпечення Office 365 (“Microsoft Excel”) та “Stаtistica 5.5”. Результати досліджень та їх обговорення. Результати досліджень дали змогу встановити переваги фактора форми нейтрофільних гранулоцитів порівняно з традиційними загальноклінічними гематологічними показниками, який продемонстрував здатність відображати стадійність перебігу ранового процесу з достовірною різницею значень у пацієнтів залежно від ступеня тяжкості термічного ушкодження. | uk-UA |
