| dc.description | The aim of the work: to study the changes in blood hemostasis in patients with cervical tumors. Materials and Methods. We examined 24 women who were divided into control group (I) – 9 patients with morphologically verified cervical tumors and group II – 15 patients who, along with morphologically verified cervical tumors diagnosed with thrombotic complications to study the indicators of hemostasis, who were being treated at Ternopil University Hospital. Results and Discussion. The results of the study indicate that in group I of patients there were critical levels of hemostasis, which indicates the activation of the coagulation system. When comparing groups of patients in group II, a decrease in thrombin time (p <0.01), activated partial thromboplastin time (p <0.005) and prothrombin time (p <0.005) was statistically significant, indicating hypercoagulation. In the analysis of fibrinogen A and prothrombin index there was a statistical increase (p <0.01), which indicates a tendency to thrombosis with a risk of thromboembolic complications. Increased levels of level of soluble fibrin-monomer complexes (p <0.01), explain the activation of the blood coagulation system, as the latter are markers of thrombinemia in intravascular coagulation. | dc.description | Мета роботи: вивчення змін показників гемостазу крові у хворих на фоні пухлин шийки матки. Матеріали і методи. Обстежено 24 жінок, які були розподілені контрольну групу (І) – 9 пацієнток, у яких морфологічно верифіковано пухлини шийки матки та ІІ групу – 15 пацієнток, у яких поряд з морфологічно верифікованою пухлиною шийки матки діагностовано тромботичні ускладнення для вивчення показників системи гемостазу, які знаходилися на лікуванні у Тернопільській університетській лікарні. Результати досліджень та їх обговорення. У І групі пацієнтів встановлено критичні рівні показників гемостазу, що свідчить про активацію згортальної системи. При порівнянні груп пацієнтів у ІІ групі статистично достовірним виявилося зменшення тромбінового часу (p <0,01), активованого часткового тромбопластинового часу (p <0,005) і протромбінового часу (p <0,005), що свідчить про гіперкоагуляцію. При аналізі фібриногену A та протромбінового індексу встановлено статистичне збільшення показників (p <0,01), що свідчить про схильність до тромбоутворення з ризиком тромбоембологенних ускладень. Підвищення рівня розчинних фібрин-мономерних комплексів (p <0,01) пояснює активацію згортальної системи крові, оскільки останні є маркерами тромбінемії при внутрішньосудинному згортанні крові. Рівень D-димера у пацієнток із тромбозами достовірно вищий, ніж у пацієнток без тромбозів. | uk-UA |
