| dc.description | The article analyzes and displays in tabular form the most common definitions of the theoretical content of the concept of «pedagogical control» already published in scientific sources. The author proposes his own interpretation of this content and its reflection as a special subsystem of pedagogical controlling and as a certain function of management in the educational environment. At the same time, pedagogical control itself, as a specific educational phenomenon, is considered as a management tool for identifying, evaluating and verifying the actual results obtained by subjects of education (students, listeners), theoretical knowledge and practical skills, abilities, and competencies, taking into account compliance with previously established goals, standards, indicators, and the possibilities of their subsequent positive adjustment. Particular attention is paid to the need to take into account such a form of final pedagogical control in medical education as state certification, as well as the expediency of using progressive experience in foreign medical educational practice, which is especially relevant, while applying modern means of such innovative technology as medical simulation. The article analyzes scientific sources regarding the classification of definitions of the theoretical content of the concept of «pedagogical control», as well as «objective structured clinical examination (OSCE)» in the foreign educational system, revealing the main approaches to their interpretation and structuring, reflecting modern trends in the development of assessment of learning outcomes. Specific conclusions and proposals are made regarding the improvement of the current system and the organization of final pedagogical control in general, with an emphasis on the use of innovative simulation technologies in the process of training students in domestic medical education institutions. | en-US |
| dc.description | У статті проаналізовані і відображені у табличній формі вже опубліковані у наукових джерелах найбільш поширені визначення теоретичного змісту поняття «педагогічний контроль». Автором пропонується власне трактування цього змісту і його відображення у якості особливої підсистеми педагогічного контролінгу і як певної функції управління в освітньому середовищі. При цьому сам педагогічний контроль як специфічний навчальний феномен розглядається у якості управлінського інструментарію щодо виявлення оцінки і перевірки фактичних результатів, отриманих суб'єктами навчання (студентами, слухачами), теоретичних знань і практичних вмінь, навичок, компетенцій, з урахуванням відповідності до попередньо встановлених цілей, стандартів, показників і можливостей їх наступного позитивного коригування. Особлива увага акцентується на необхідності врахування у такій формі підсумкового педагогічного контролю у медичній освіті як державна атестація, а також доцільності використання прогресивного досвіду у зарубіжній медичній освітянській практиці, що є особливо є актуальним, застосовуючи при цьому сучасні засоби такої інноваційної технології як медична симуляція. У статті проведений аналіз наукових джерел щодо класифікації визначень теоретичного змісту поняття «педагогічного контролю», а також «об'єктивного структурованого клінічного екзамену (ОСКЕ)» в зарубіжній освітній системі, розкриваючи основні підходи до їх трактування та структуризації, відображаючи сучасні тенденції розвитку оцінювання результатів навчання. Зроблено конкретні висновки і пропозиції щодо вдосконалення у цілому діючої системи і організації підсумкового педагогічного контролю з акцентом на використання інноваційних симуляційних технологій в процесі підготовки здобувачів освіти у вітчизняних закладах медичної освіти. | uk-UA |
