dc.descriptionThe article provides a comprehensive analysis of the experience of practical training of professional junior bachelors majoring in 16 Medical Diagnostics and Treatment Technologies at Zhytomyr Applied College of Pharmacy Zhytomyr Regional Council. The regulatory, legal, educational and methodological framework governing the conduct of industrial and pre-diploma internships is considered. The organizational and content components of the internships that students undergo in clinical diagnostic, biochemical and bacteriological laboratories are characterized. At the same time, the features of cooperation between the educational institution and key bases for industrial and pre-diploma internships are presented.  The possibility of free choice  of the place of internship as an element of academic freedom of students is indicated. The place and role of practical training in the structural and logical scheme  of the educational and professional program “Laboratory Diagnostics” which trains future medical laboratory technicians are well-reasonable. The authors rightly point out the strengths and weaknesses of the  educational institution in terms of insuring the implementation of all content modules of practical training and ways to overcome existing objective difficulties. The mechanisms used by the college to update and renew teaching and methodological materials for practical training in accordance with the needs of modern clinical and diagnostic laboratories are also presented in detail. The paper analyzes the effectiveness of industrial and pre-diploma internships for students of  Zhytomyr  Applied College of Pharmacy. In particular, it presents data from anonymous student surveys on the quality of internships organization  and information on the employment of graduates of this specialty in clinical laboratories of medical institutions in Zhytomyr region in 2025. The authors emphasize the significant motivational potential of industrial and pre-diploma internships in the context of promoting the specialty 16 Medical Diagnostics and Treatment Technologies among students.en-US
dc.descriptionУ статті здійснено комплексний аналіз багаторічного досвіду реалізації практичної підготовки фахових молодших бакалаврів спеціальності І6 Технології медичної діагностики та лікування у Житомирському базовому фармацевтичному фаховому коледжі Житомирської обласної ради. Розглянуто нормативно-правову та навчально-методичну базу, що регламентує проведення виробничої та переддипломної практик. Обґрунтовано місце та роль практичної підготовки у структурно-логічній схемі освітньо-професійної програми «Лабораторна діагностика», за якою готують майбутніх медичних лаборантів. Схарактеризовано організаційну та змістову складову практик, які проходять здобувачі освіти у клініко-діагностичних, біохімічних та бактеріологічних лабораторіях. Водночас висвітлено особливості співпраці коледжу з ключовими базами виробничої та переддипломної практик. Вказано на можливість вільного вибору місця проходження практики як елемента академічної свободи студентів. Автори слушно вказують на сильні та слабкі сторони закладу освіти в контексті забезпечення реалізації всіх змістових модулів практичної підготовки та шляхи подолання існуючих об’єктивних труднощів. Також детально представлено механізми, які використовує коледж для актуалізації та модернізації навчально-методичних матеріалів з практичної підготовки відповідно до потреб сучасних клініко-діагностичних лабораторій. У роботі здійснено аналіз ефективності виробничої та переддипломної практик здобувачами фахової передвищої освіти у ЖБФФК. Зокрема, наведено дані анонімних опитувань студентів щодо якості організації практик та представлено інформацію про працевлаштування випускників цієї спеціальності в клінічних лабораторіях медичних закладів Житомирської області у 2025 році. Автори наголошують на значному мотиваційному потенціалі виробничої та переддипломної практик у контексті популяризації спеціальності «Технології медичної діагностики та лікування».uk-UA
