FEATURES OF FORMATION OF THE LEGAL COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY OF STUDENTS IN MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

dc.descriptionThe article examines and analyses the organisation of the educational process at a medical university with regard to achieving the programme outcomes of higher education students in terms of forming the legal component of their professional identity. The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of the organisation of the educational process at a medical higher education institution with the aim of forming the legal component of the professional identity of students. To achieve this goal, the following set of methods was used: systematic analysis, implemented using analytical tools such as content analysis and SWOT analysis; conceptual modelling; axiological and deductive methods; as well as other methods of scientific cognition. It has been found that there is no clear understanding among scholars of the essence of the process of forming the legal component of the professional identity of higher education seekers, but its importance has been emphasised. It was concluded that the process of forming the legal component of the professional identity of higher education seekers in medical universities is based on the interconnection of personal characteristics of an individual that ensure orientation in the world of professions, enable the realisation of personal potential in professional activity, and also contribute to predicting the possible consequences of professional choice. The expediency of applying a systematic approach in organizing the educational process in the context of combining basic and elective components that ensure the acquisition of skills and competencies by higher education seekers aimed at achieving global sustainable development goals has been substantiated. The need for further research on the formation of the legal component as an element of the professional identity of future specialists during the training of higher medical education seekers and related specialities in other fields of knowledge has been established.en-US
dc.descriptionУ статті досліджено та проаналізовано організацію освітнього процесу у медичному університеті з приводу досягнення програмних результатів навчання здобувачів вищої освіти в аспекті формування правового компоненту їх професійної ідентичності. Метою статті визначено дослідження особливостей організації освітнього процесу у медичному закладі вищої освіти з метою формування правового компонента професійної ідентичності здобувачів вищої освіти. Для реалізації поставленої мети застосовано такий комплекс методів: системного аналізу, що реалізовувався за допомогою аналітичних інструментів таких як контент-аналіз та SWOT-аналіз; концептуального моделювання; аксіологічний; дедуктивний метод; а також інші методи наукового пізнання. З’ясовано, що серед науковців немає чіткого розуміння сутності процесу формування правового компонента професійної ідентичності здобувачів вищої освіти, однак наголошено на його вагомості. Зроблено висновок, що процес формування правового компоненту професійної ідентичності здобувачів вищої освіти у медичних університетах базується на взаємозв’язку особистісних характеристик індивіда, що забезпечують орієнтацію в світі професій, уможливлюють реалізацію особистісного потенціалу в професійній діяльності, а також сприяють прогнозуванню можливих наслідків професійного вибору. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування системного підходу під час організації освітнього процесу в контексті поєднання основних та вибіркових компонентів, що забезпечують набуття здобувачами вищої освіти навичок і компетентностей, направлених на досягнення глобальних цілей сталого розвитку. Встановлено необхідність у проведені наступних досліджень тематики формування правового компоненту як елемента професійної ідентичності майбутніх фахівців під час підготовки здобувачів вищої медичної освіти та суміжних спеціальностей інших галузей знань.uk-UA
