| dc.description | Abstract. The article tells about the main trends in the formation of management skills in classes on politics, ethics, leadership and logistics. The relevance of the topic is is determined by systemic changes in the field of health care, which require a new generation of management personnel. It is emphasized that the policy in the field of health care involves the creation of a new ideology of health care in Ukraine. The importance of the implementation of educational and professional program “Management in health care” at Ivan Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University was revealed. The subjects of the disciplines “Politics, ethics and leadership in management” and “Logistics” are characterized. The importance of studying these subjects for the formation of professional competences, which provide the ability to implement innovative approaches to the organization of the activities of health care institutions, is shown. The means of interactive technologies in the professional training of managers of a new type for the health care system are characterized. | en-US |
| dc.description | Анотація. У статті висвітлено основні тенденції формування управлінських навичок на заняттях з політики, етики, лідерства й логістики. Актуальність теми зумовлена системними змінами у сфері охорони здоров’я, які потребують нової генерації керівних кадрів. Наголошено, що політика у сфері охорони здоров’я передбачає створення нової ідеології охорони здоров’я України. Розкрито вагоме значення впровадження в Тернопільському національному медичному університеті імені І.Я. Горбачевського освітньо-професійної програми «Менеджмент в охороні здоров’я». Охарактеризовано тематику дисциплін «Політика, етика та лідерство в менеджменті» й «Логістика». Показано значення вивчення цих предметів для формування фахових компетентностей, які забезпечують здатність упроваджувати інноваційні підходи до організації діяльності закладів охорони здоров’я. Охарактеризовано засоби інтерактивних технологій у фаховій підготовці менеджерів нового типу для системи охорони здоров’я. | uk-UA |
