dc.descriptionAbstract. Motivation is one of the important, fundamental principles of successful professional activity. Educational motivation in adults is not stable or definitively formed. To a significant extent, it depends on the motivational environment, which can either foster development or regression. High positive motivation is the driving force of any progress and development, both personal and social. To determine the level and structure of motivation among second-year internal medicine interns, a survey of 57 individuals was conducted. The average age was (24.6 ± 0.8) years. The majority of respondents were female (80.0%). According to the survey results, 75.0% of interns showed motivation to achieve success (15.9±1.4) points, which indicates hope for realization and the need to achieve success, and therefore involves actions to achieve constructive, significant results. However, in 9 individuals (15.8%), the motivational pole was not pronounced. Among them, one intern was closer to fear of failure (9 points). Questionnaire results using K. Zamir's methodology, modified by A. Rean, revealed a fairly high level of inducement to action through appeals to feelings in 46.4% of respondents, and inducement to action through appeals to reason in 42.8%. At the same time, the level of internal motivation slightly outweighed the external positive one – 50.0% and 42.8%, respectively. Therefore, 75.0% of future therapists are prepared to set goals for themselves in order to achieve success. A high level of external positive motivation indicates the importance of achieving social and financial status in the psychological structure of training motivation. In situations with undetermined motivational status and a prevalence of avoidance syndrome in the structure of psychological motivation, we believe that a more detailed study of possible causes should be conducted, and the results should be considered when choosing a workplace.en-US
dc.descriptionАнотація. Мотивація є однією з важливих, базових засад успішної професійної діяльності. Освітня мотивація дорослої людини не є стабільною, раз і назавжди сформованою. Значною мірою вона залежить від мотиваційного середовища з можливістю розвитку або регресії. Висока позитивна мотивація є рушійною силою будь-якого прогресу й розвитку, як особистісного, так і суспільного. З метою визначення рівня та структури мотивації у лікарів-інтернів зі спеціальності «Внутрішні хвороби» другого року навчання провели опитування 57 осіб. Середній вік становив 24,6±0,8 року. Серед респондентів переважали особи жіночої статі (80,0%). За результатами анкетування 75,0% лікарів-інтернів виявили мотивацію досягнення успіху 15,9±1,4 бала, що свідчить про надію на реалізацію та потребу в досягненні успіху, а отже, передбачає дії на досягнення конструктивних, вагомих результатів. Проте в 9 (15,8%) осіб мотиваційний полюс не був вираженим, із них один інтерн був ближчим до страху невдачі (9 балів). Результати анкетування за методикою К. Замір у модифікації А. Реана виявили досить високий рівень спонукання до дії через звернення до почуттів у 46,4% респондентів; спонукання до дії через звернення до розуму – у 42,8%. При цьому рівень внутрішньої мотивації дещо переважав зовнішню позитивну – 50,0% і 42,8% відповідно. Отже, 75,0% майбутніх терапевтів готові ставити перед собою завдання, щоб досягти успіху. Високий рівень зовнішньої позитивної мотивації свідчить про важливість досягнення соціального й фінансового статусу в психологічній структурі мотивації інтернів до навчання. У ситуаціях із невизначеним мотиваційним статусом і переважанням у структурі психологічної мотивації синдрому уникнення, на нашу думку, варто більш детально вивчити можливі причини й урахувати результати під час вибору місця роботи.uk-UA
