| dc.description | Abstract. I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has developed and tested a system of teaching the discipline “Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Care in Mass Casualties” for education applicants in the specialty 223 “Nursing”, specialization 223.02 “Emergency Medicine”. At the first stage, students gain knowledge of the general characteristics of emergencies, their health consequences and the basics of response (14 hours of practical training). An important document for mastering this part of the discipline is the Civil Protection Code, which provides clear definitions of basic terms related to emergencies, their classification and general characteristics, the concept of a unified state civil protection system, its functioning regimes, and the main tasks of the emergency medical care system during emergency situations. In the second stage (28 hours of practical training), students learn the basics of treatment and evacuation support, how to organize the first stage of evacuation near the accident place, conduct primary medical sorting, provide medical care at sorting grounds, and prepare victims for evacuation. The discipline culminates in complex exercises with rescuers and the National Police. The proposed system has positively proved itself among students, is logical with a consistent mastery of the basic provisions of emergency medicine and disaster medicine and ends with comprehensive practical training. In the future, it is advisable to include a theoretical block with general issues of response for independent study and increase the number of practical scenarios with a mass casualty. | en-US |
| dc.description | Анотація. У Тернопільському національному медичному університеті імені І.Я. Горбачевського Міністерства охорони здоров’я України розроблена й випробувана система викладання дисципліни «Медицина надзвичайних ситуацій та екстрена медична допомога при масових ураженнях» для здобувачів освіти за спеціальністю 223 «Медсестринство», спеціалізація 223.02 «Екстрена медицина». На першому етапі здобувачі отримують знання щодо загальної характеристики надзвичайних ситуацій, їх медико-санітарних наслідків та основи реагування (14 год. практичних занять). Важливим для опанування документом у цій частині дисципліни є Кодекс цивільного захисту, який подає чіткі визначення основних термінів, що стосуються надзвичайних ситуацій, їх класифікацію та загальну характеристику, поняття про єдину державну систему цивільного захисту, режими її функціонування, основні завдання системи екстреної медичної допомоги під час надзвичайних ситуацій. На другому етапі (28 год. практичних занять) здобувачі розглядають основи лікувально-евакуаційного забезпечення, навчаються організовувати перший етап евакуації поблизу місця події, проводити первинне медичне сортування, надавати медичну допомогу на сортувальних майданчиках, готувати постраждалих до евакуації. Вивчення дисципліни завершується комплексними навчаннями з рятувальниками та Нацполіцією. Запропонована система позитивно зарекомендувала себе серед здобувачів освіти, є логічною з послідовним опануванням основних положень медицини надзвичайних ситуацій і медицини катастроф і завершується комплексним практичним відпрацюванням. У перспективі варто винести теоретичний блок із загальними питаннями реагування на самостійне опрацювання та збільшити кількість практичних відпрацювання сценаріїв з масовим ураженням людей. | uk-UA |
