| dc.description | Modern medical education is constantly improving, placing high demands on students regarding the depth and practicality of their knowledge. In this context, the study of elective disciplines becomes a key stage in the formation of the competencies of future doctors. Students of the 6th year of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University have a unique opportunity to deepen their knowledge and skills in the field of hematology and transfusiology by studying the elective discipline “Actual issues of hematology and transfusiology”. The article highlights the peculiarities of teaching this discipline aimed at high-quality preparation of students for the challenges posed by modern medical trends. The purpose of teaching the academic discipline, the method of organizing practical classes, the system of assessing the level of students' knowledge are explained, and the key aspects that make this course important for the further professional development of future doctors are identified. The emphasis is placed on a competency-oriented approach to students’ training, which contributes to the competitiveness and the modernization of the content of higher medical education and complements a number of educational innovations. The key elements of successful teaching are specified, such as the use of innovative teaching methods, practical simulations, active involvement of students in discussions and analysis of clinical scenarios, work in the university educational and practical centers, effective communication support between a teacher and students. The knowledge and skills acquired by students during the study of the elective discipline “Actual issues of hematology and transfusiology” can contribute to the formation of basic professional competencies, clinical type of thinking and become the basis for a deliberate choice of future medical specialty or further scientific research in this field of medicine. | en-US |
| dc.description | Сучасна медична освіта невпинно вдосконалюється, ставлячи перед студентами високі вимоги щодо глибини та практичності їхніх знань. У цьому контексті вивчення вибіркових дисциплін стає ключовим етапом формування компетентностей майбутніх лікарів. Студенти 6 курсу медичного факультету Івано-Франківського національного медичного університету мають унікальну можливість поглибити свої знання та вміння у сфері гематології і трансфузіології через вивчення вибіркової дисципліни «Актуальні питання гематології та трансфузіології». У статті висвітлено особливості викладання даної дисципліни, спрямовані на високоякісну підготовку студентів до викликів, які ставлять перед ними сучасні медичні тенденції. Пояснено мету викладання навчальної дисципліни, методику організації практичних занять, систему оцінювання рівня знань студентів, виведено ключові аспекти, які роблять цей курс важливим для подальшого професійного розвитку майбутніх лікарів. Зроблено акцент на компетентнісно-орієнтованому підході у підготовці студентів, який сприяє конкурентоспроможності й модернізації змісту вищої медичної освіти та доповнює низку освітніх інновацій. Зазначено ключові елементи успішного викладання, такі як застосування інноваційних методів навчання, практичних симуляцій, активне залучення студентів до дискусій та аналізу клінічних сценаріїв, робота у навчально-практичних центрах університету, підтримка ефективної комунікації викладача і студентів. Знання та навички, отримані студентами під час вивчення вибіркової дисципліни «Актуальні питання гематології та трансфузіології», можуть сприяти формуванню основних професійних компетентностей, клінічного типу мислення та стати основою для обдуманого вибору майбутньої лікарської спеціальності чи подальших наукових досліджень у цій галузі медицини. | uk-UA |
