| dc.description | Abstract. The article highlights the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process at the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University under the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and martial law in Ukraine. The problems of adapting the educational process to such challenges at all educational levels are becoming relevant. The University has licensed new educational and professional programs, in particular: “Applied Linguistics. Medical translation (English)ˮ of the first (bachelorʼs) degree of higher education; “Emergency medicine/paramedicˮ, specialty 223 “Nursingˮ, field of knowledge 22 “Health careˮ of the first (bachelorʼs) degree of higher education, specialization “Emergency medicineˮ, “Physical therapy, occupational therapyˮ, specialty 227 “Therapy and rehabilitationˮ, field of knowledge 22 “Health careˮ of the second (masterʼs) degree of higher education. Participation in international projects made it possible to introduce optional components: “Strong health and well-being in the context of sustainable developmentˮ and “Global climate change and its impact on human healthˮ into the curricula. Responding to wartime challenges, IFNMU has tested the training method under the “Professor Sulimaʼs Trainingˮ program (authorized law 111327), which proved its effectiveness for learning the basic principles of self- and mutual help by persons without medical education in modern emergency conditions. The work of the Center for Psychological Support for Internally Displaced Persons and Local Residents has been activated under the leadership of the teaching therapist and supervisor of the UUP/EAP in the direction of “psychoanalysisˮ, professor, head of the department of psychiatry, narcology and medical psychology of the IFNMU Mykhailo Pustovoyt. The experience of the Center served as the basis for starting a postgraduate specialization in psychotherapy. | en-US |

У статті висвітлено особливості організації освітнього процесу в Івано-Франківському національному медичному університеті за умов пандемії COVID-19 та воєнного стану в Україні. Актуальними постають проблеми адаптації освітнього процесу до таких викликів на всіх рівнях освіти. В університеті ліцензовано нові освітньо-професійні програми, такі, як: «Прикладна лінгвістика. Медичний переклад (англійська мова)» першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти, «Екстрена медицина/парамедик» за спеціальністю 223 «Медсестринство» галузі знань 22 «Охорона здоров’я» першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти спеціалізації «Екстрена медицина», «Фізична терапія, ерготерапія» за спеціальністю 227 «Терапія та реабілітація» галузі знань 22 «Охорона здоров’я» другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти. Участь у міжнародних проектах дозволила внести до навчальних планів вибіркові компоненти: «Міцне здоров’я та благополуччя в контексті сталого розвитку» і «Глобальні зміни клімату та їх вплив на здоров’я людини». У відповідь на виклики воєнного часу в ІФНМУ апробована методика навчання за програмою «Вишкіл професора Сулими» (авт. право 111327), що довела свою ефективність для засвоєння базових принципів само- та взаємодопомоги особами без медичної освіти в сучасних надзвичайних умовах. Активізовано роботу Центру психологічної підтримки для внутрішньо переміщених осіб та місцевих жителів під керівництвом навчаючого терапевта і супервізора УСП/ЄАП за напрямом «Психоаналіз», професора, завідувача кафедри психіатрії, наркології та медичної психології ІФНМУ Михайла Пустовойта. Досвід роботи центру послужив підґрунтям для започаткування на післядипломній освіті спеціалізації з психотерапії. | uk-UA |
