PECULIARITIES OF THE REHABILITATION TECHNICAL MEANS APPLICATION IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION PROCESS OF 227 “PHYSICAL THERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY” SPECIALTY

dc.descriptionAbstract. The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the of rehabilitation technical means use in students’ higher education process of specialty 227 “Physical therapy”. The manuscript presents an analysis of the effectiveness and expediency of the use of physical therapy technical means on the example of three educational disciplines topics included in the curriculum for the students of the first (bachelor) level and in the standard of higher education of Ukraine (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 12/19/2018 No. 1419). The use of technical means in physical therapy in practical classes on the basis of the Department of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physical Education of the I. Horbachevsky TNMU of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine is a necessary condition for the performance of practical skills and is considered as a tool for analyzing the functional state of the human body. In order to assess the effectiveness and expediency of using physical rehabilitation technical means in educational process, we analyzed the disciplines selected from the working curriculum, which is posted on the website of the Ternopil National Medical University named after I. Ya. Horbachevsky, Ministry of Health of Ukraine. We have chosen one topic from the following academic disciplines: 1st year – “Basics of practical activity in physical rehabilitation (Introduction to the specialty)”. Topic “Physical capacity, definition of the concept. Methods of determining physical capacity”; 2nd course – “Therapeutic exercises”. Topic “Therapeutic exercises for scoliosis”; 3rd year – “Manipulative methods of physical rehabilitation”. Topic “Definition and evaluation of general physical capacity and aerobic productivity”; 4th year – “Applied kinesiology”. Topic “Myofascial chains of the trunk, pelvis and lower limbs. Manual muscle testing (MMT: Muscles of the trunk and hip joint)”. In the educational process on practical classes on mentioned topics Circle B6 vertical cycle ergometer, “mini-stepper” exercise machine, stepper, Yevminov's board, “NEXUS” spine stretching device, and “UAPC” magnet are used. These tools are used as a tool for analyzing the functional state of the human body. According to the results of the work, it was noted that in physical therapy, technical means of rehabilitation are used in the educational process as a tool for analyzing the functional state of the human body. In practical classes in the educational disciplines “Fundamentals of practical activity in physical rehabilitation (Introduction to the specialty)”, “Therapeutic exercises”, “Manipulative methods of physical rehabilitation” and “Applied kinesiology”, students use devices, means of adaptation, training devices, which are aimed at restoring the functional state of a person, which contributes to their mastering of practical skills necessary in the further activities of a physical therapist during the performance of his professional duties in medical institutions and rehabilitation centers.en-US

Статтю присвячено вивченню особливостей застосування технічних засобів реабілітації у навчальному процесі здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальності 227 «Фізична терапія, ерготерапія» першого (бакалаврського) рівня. У роботі представлено аналіз ефективності й доцільності застосування технічних засобів фізичної терапії на прикладі чотирьох тем із навчальних дисциплін, які включені до навчального плану підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти першого (бакалаврського) рівня та до стандарту вищої освіти України (наказ Міністерства освіти і науки України від 19.12.2018 р. № 1419). Застосування технічних засобів у фізичній терапії на практичних заняттях на базі кафедри фізичної терапії, ерготерапії та фізичного виховання ТНМУ імені  І. Я. Горбачевського МОЗ України є необхідною умовою виконання практичних навичок та розглядається як інструмент аналізу функціонального стану організму людини. Для оцінки ефективності та доцільності застосування технічних засобів фізичної реабілітації в навчальному процесі ми проаналізували дисципліни, обрані з робочого навчального плану, який розміщений на сайті Тернопільського національного медичного університету імені І. Я. Горбачевського МОЗ України. Ми вибрали по одній темі із таких навчальних дисциплін: 1 курс – «Основи практичної діяльності у фізичній реабілітації (Вступ до спеціальності)». Тема «Фізична працездатність, визначення поняття. Методи визначення фізичної працездатності»; 2 курс – «Терапевтичні вправи». Тема «Терапевтичні вправи при сколіозі»;  3 курс – «Маніпуляційні методи фізичної реабілітації». Тема «Визначення та оцінка загальної фізичної працездатності та аеробної продуктивності»; 4 курс – «Прикладна кінезіологія». Тема «Міофасціальні ланцюги тулуба, таза і нижніх кінцівок. Мануальне мʼязове тестування (ММТ: Мʼязи тулуба, тазостегнового суглоба)». У навчальному процесі на практичних заняттях зі згаданих тем застосовуються: велоергометр вертикальний Circle B6, тренажер «міні-степпер», степпер, дошка Євмінова, пристрій для витягування хребта “NEXUS” та магніт «УАПК». Ці засоби використовуються як інструмент аналізу функціонального стану організму людини. За результатами роботи відзначено, що у фізичній терапії в навчальному процесі застосовуються технічні засоби реабілітації як інструмент аналізу функціонального стану організму людини. На практичних заняттях із навчальних дисциплін «Основи практичної діяльності у фізичній реабілітації (Вступ до спеціальності)», «Терапевтичні вправи», «Маніпуляційні методи фізичної реабілітації» та «Прикладна кінезіологія» здобувачі вищої освіти використовують прилади, засоби пристосування, тренажери, тренувальні пристрої, які спрямовані на відновлення функціонального стану людини, що сприяє опануванню ними практичних навичок, які необхідні у подальшій діяльності фізичного терапевта під час виконання своїх професійних обов’язків у лікувальних закладах та реабілітаційних центрах.uk-UA
