| dc.description | Анотація. Зростаюча кількість іноземних студентів та країн їх походження ставить перед університетами нові виклики. Тернопільський національний медичний університет імені І. Я. Горбачевського МОЗ України створює та підтримує освітнє, робоче та життєве середовище, вільне від дискримінації та переслідування. Насамперед були організовані курси з удосконалення вивчення англійської мови для викладачів. Пізніше було введено посаду заступника декана медичного факультету з навчання іноземних студентів. Після створення деканату для роботи з іноземними громадянами кількість іноземних студентів зростала. На вимогу законодавства в університеті були створені Комісія з попередження і боротьби із сексуальними домаганнями в ТНМУ, Комісія з попередження і боротьби із дискримінацією в ТНМУ, Комісія з розгляду випадку булінгу в ТНМУ. Також у статті висвітлено процес створення центру протидії дискримінації та домаганням і його роботу в Тернопільському національному медичному університеті імені І. Я. Горбачевського й описано випадки зловживання зі сторони студентів зі спробою використати центр у своїх цілях. | en-US |
| dc.description | Abstract. The growing number of foreign students and their countries of origin creates new challenges to universities. I. Horbachevsky Ternopil Medical National University is committed to creating and maintaining an educational, working, and living environment free from discrimination and harassment. Initially, the English classes for teachers were organized. Later, the position of deputy dean of the Faculty of Medicine for the education of foreign students was introduced. After the creation of the Dean’s Office of International Students’ Faculty, the number of foreign students increased. At the request of the legislation, the University established the Committee for Prevention and Response to Sexual Harassment at TNMU, the Committee for Prevention and Response to Discrimination at TNMU, and the Committee for Review of Bullying Cases at TNMU. The article also highlights the process of creating of the Center for the Prevention of Discrimination and Harassment and its work at I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University and describes cases of abuse by students with an attempt to use the center for their own purposes or to take revenge on teachers. | uk-UA |
