INTRODUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATIONAL PROCESSES AT THE OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY DEPARTMENT

dc.descriptionThe article describes the experience of introducing the latest interactive technologies into the educational process, which are widely used at the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Future specialist must have critical thinking, consider alternative approaches to solving complex medical problems, perform comprehensive analysis and predict the consequences of decisions, resolve possible conflict situations, use the experience gained while studying in the university. Formation of such experience becomes possible using interactive forms and methods of study with modeling of teamwork in real time in, participation in business games, discussions, solving professional situational problems etc. The COVID-19 pandemic has made adjustments to the educational process around the world. Ternopil National Medical University also accepted this challenge. Among the modern technologies introduced into the educational process are the introduction of on-line training on the Microsoft Office 365 platform, namely Microsoft Teams. An effective combination of interactive practical teaching methods with the implementation of these techniques in a real clinical environment can simultaneously solve a number of problems, meet current teaching requirements, and can be recommended for widespread implementation in the learning process.en-US
dc.descriptionУ статті висвітлено досвід впровадження у навчальний процес новітніх інтерактивних технологій, які на високому кваліфікаційному рівні широко використовують викладачі кафедри акушерства і гінекології. Майбутньому фахівцю необхідно володіти критичним мисленням, враховувати модернізовані підходи до вирішення складних медичних проблем, здійснювати всебічний аналіз і прогнозувати наслідки прийнятих рішень, вирішувати можливі конфліктні ситуації, використовувати досвід, набутий під час навчання в університеті. Формування такого досвіду можливе лише за рахунок використання в педагогічному процесі інтерактивних форм і методів навчання з моделюванням процесів роботи в команді в режимі реального часу, участі студентів у ділових іграх, дискусіях, вирішенні ситуативних завдань тощо.  Пандемія коронавірусної інфекції COVID-19 внесла свої корективи в освітній процес у всьому світі. Цей виклик прийняв і Тернопільський національний медичний університет імені І. Я. Горбачевського МОЗ України. Серед сучасних технологій, що впроваджені в освітній процес, слід виділити case-метод, демонстрацію, рольову гру, а також впровадження on-line навчання на платформі Microsoft Office 365, а саме Microsoft Teams. Ефективне поєднання інтерактивних методів навчання на практичному занятті з імплементацією цих методик у реальних клінічних умовах дозволяє одночасно вирішити ряд завдань, відповідає сучасним вимогам викладання, і може бути рекомендоване для широкого впровадження в навчальний процес.uk-UA
