dc.descriptionAbstract. Due to the epidemiological situation, educational institutions were forced to work by distance learning. At the same time, the training of specialists in the field of knowledge "Healthcare" has a real problem: how to give students the opportunity to master practical skills. The solution was found in the introduction of the Microsoft Teams computer platform. Before the 6-hour lesson, the teacher creates a meeting-application in the application to which he invites students with the help of e-mail boxes. In particular, the course of otorhinolaryngology began with an introductory part, in which the teacher briefly acquainted students with the topic of the lesson, emphasized the important points, gave answers to questions. As the program was simultaneously downloaded and installed on a smartphone, the teacher was not tied to a personal computer, but could from the phone via video chat to examine the patient, demonstrate the methods of examination, as well as changes in the ENT organs, linking the results of the examination with the diagnosis, and explain the approaches to treatment. After each examination, a short video meeting was held with an analysis of unclear points. Another option for the practical part of the lesson was an online broadcast of surgical interventions, during which students had the opportunity to see all stages of surgery, as well as hear comments. In addition, the practical part of the lesson was filled with a demonstration of educational videos. During the second part of the lesson there was a traditional seminar discussion, during which the teacher had the opportunity to hold live two-way communication with students, to analyze interesting cases or issues. The third part of the lesson is remote control. A database of test classes was uploaded to the Moodle platform according to the topics of practical classes. The student could take the test at a certain time on the eve of class or, if desired, in class. Thus, the Microsoft Teams application can be used for conducting practical classes and lecturing remotely.en-US
dc.descriptionАнотація. Внаслідок епідеміологічної ситуації навчальні заклади змушені були працювати за дистанційною формою навчання. При цьому підготовка спеціалістів галузі знань «Охорона здоров’я» отримала реальну проблему: як надати студенту можливість оволодіти практичними навичками. Вирішення знайшли у запровадженні компʼютерної платформи Microsoft Teams. Напередодні 6-годинного заняття викладач створює у застосунку зустріч-нараду, до якої за допомогою електронних скриньок запрошує студентів. Зокрема, з курсу оториноларингології заняття розпочиналося із вступної частини, на якій викладач коротко ознайомлював студентів із темою заняття, наголошував на важливих моментах, давав відповіді на запитання. Оскільки програма була одночасно завантажена та встановлена на смартфон, то викладач не був прив’язаний до персонального комп’ютера, а міг з телефону шляхом відеочату проводити огляд пацієнта, демонструвати методи обстеження, а також зміни зі сторони ЛОР-органів, пов’язуючи результати обстеження з діагнозом, пояснювати підходи до лікування. Після кожного обстеження проводилася коротка відеонарада з розбором незрозумілих моментів. Іншим варіантом проведення практичної частини заняття була онлайн-трансляція оперативних втручань, під час якої студенти мали можливість бачити всі етапи оперативного втручання, а також чути коментарі. Крім того, практична частина заняття заповнювалася демонстрацією навчальних відеофільмів. Протягом другої частини заняття проходило традиційне семінарське обговорення, під час якого викладач мав можливість провести із студентами живе двобічне спілкування, розібрати цікаві випадки або питання. Третя частина заняття – контроль у дистанційній формі. На платформу Moodle було завантажено базу тестових занять відповідно до тем практичних занять. Студент міг пройти тестовий контроль у визначений час напередодні заняття або за бажанням уже на занятті. Таким чином, застосунок Microsoft Teams може використовуватися для проведення практичних занять та читання лекцій у дистанційному режимі.uk-UA
