| dc.description | Abstract. The COVID-19 pandemic, which began in 2019, affected all branches of medicine in Ukraine and the world as a whole, endoscopy in this regard suffered almost the most due to increased vigilance of patients due to the invasiveness of the examination. And, although the number of examinations and operations has decreased, life goes on, people get sick, and distance learning continues. Of course, the student, the intern will benefit more by communicating directly with the patient, looking not only at the progress of the examination or operation on the monitor, but also at the work of the doctor's hands. The second stage of medical reform played a negative role in this regard, which, despite a number of decisions of the Verkhovna Rada and the government, deprived teachers of medical universities who operated, consulted, and provided emergency medical care to practice medicine. It is clear that in such conditions it is not possible to prepare a full-fledged specialist. A little experience, which is a little more than a year, shows that distance learning, along with other factors, significantly complicated the perception of the practical part of the lesson at clinical departments. These new realities of today are forcing us to look for ways to overcome this problem in order to release from universities doctors-practitioners, not theorists, who have never been to the operating room and have not palpated the patient. | en-US |

Пандемія COVID-19, яка розпочалася у 2019 році, вплинула на всі галузі медицини України і світу в цілому, ендоскопія в цьому плані постраждала чи не найбільше через підвищену настороженість пацієнтів у зв’язку з інвазивністю обстеження. І, хоча кількість оглядів та операцій зменшилася, життя триває, люди хворіють, а навчання триває в дистанційному режимі. Звичайно, студент, лікар-інтерн більше користі отримають спілкуючись безпосередньо з пацієнтом, дивлячись не тільки за ходом виконання обстеження чи операції по монітору, але й за роботою рук лікаря. Свою негативну роль зіграв в цьому плані 2-й етап медичної реформи, який, не зважаючи на цілий ряд рішень Верховної Ради та уряду, позбавив викладачів медичних університетів, які оперували, консультували, надавали екстрену медичну допомогу займатися лікарською практикою. Зрозуміло, що в таких умовах підготувати повноцінного фахівця не є можливим. Невеликий досвід, який нараховує трохи більше року, показує, що дистанційна форма навчання поряд із іншими факторами значно ускладнили сприйняття саме практичної частини заняття на клінічних кафедрах. Ці, нові реальності сьогодення, змушують шукати шляхи для подолання цієї проблеми, щоб випускати з ВУЗів все таки лікарів-практиків, а не теоретиків, які жодного разу не були в операційній і не пальпували пацієнта. | uk-UA |
