USING INTERACTIVE METHODS OF STUDY IN TRAINING OF FUTURE PEDIATRICIANS FOR TEAMWORK

dc.descriptionThe article argues that the obligatory professional characteristic of a qualified and competent pediatrician is possession of skills and abilities to organize effective teamwork. Pediatrician need to have critical, creative thinking, consider alternative approaches to solving complex medical problems, perform comprehensive analysis and predict the consequences of decisions, resolve possible conflict situations, use the experience gained while studying in high school. Formation of such experience becomes possible using inter­active forms and methods of study with modeling of teamwork in real time in the process of training of future pediatricians, students’ participation in business games, discussions, solving quasi-professional situational problems etc. Theoretical analysis of scientific works gave an opportunity to generalize different directions of professional activities and specifics of training of future pediatricians to work in the specialty. It was established that researchers considered the practical aspects of vocational training of future pediatricians in Ukraine and in the world. The essence of teamwork, which provides scientific substantiation of the process of teambuilding, was described on the basis of theoretical analysis of scientific literary sources. It was generalized that scientists propose using of simulation technologies in vocational training of future pediatricians, organizing classes for students in specially created phantom simulation classes, and also the following interactive methods: ‘‘Brainstorming’’, ‘‘Mosaic of Problems’’, ‘‘True and False Statements’’, ‘‘Decision Tree’’, ‘‘Six Hats of Thinking’’, etc. The result of using of interactive methods was the acquisition by future pediatricians of the experience of team building through the development of formal and informal atmosphere, the acquisition by students of skills of constructive interpersonal interaction in the team; practice skills of effective solution of professional problems in a team; creating a resource of positive emotions for effective work and focus on the best solution to professional tasks, active and interested discussion of important professional problems, etc.en-US
dc.descriptionУ статті аргументовано, що обов’язковою професійною характеристикою кваліфікованого та компетентного лікаря-педіатра є володіння вміннями і навичками організації ефективної командної роботи. Педіатру необхідно володіти критичним, творчим мисленням, враховувати альтернативні підходи до вирішення складних медичних проблем, здійснювати всебічний аналіз і прогнозувати наслідки прийнятих рішень, вирішувати можливі конфліктні ситуації, використовувати досвід, набутий під час навчання у вищій школі. Формування такого досвіду уможливлюється за рахунок використання в підготовці майбутніх педіатрів інтерактивних форм і методів навчання з моделюванням процесів роботи в команді в режимі реального часу, участі студентів у ділових іграх, дискусіях, вирішенні квазіпрофесійних ситуативних завдань тощо.  Теоретичний аналіз наукових публікацій дав змогу узагальнити різні напрями професійної діяльності і специфіку підготовки майбутніх лікарів-педіатрів до роботи за фахом. Встановлено, що дослідники розглядали практичні аспекти професійної підготовки майбутніх педіатрів в Україні та у світі. На основі теоретичного аналізу наукових літературних джерел окреслено сутність роботи в команді, що передбачає наукове обґрунтування процесу командоутворення. Узагальнено, що науковці пропонують використовувати у професійній підготовці майбутніх педіатрів симуляційні технології, організовуючи заняття студентів у спеціально створених фантомно-симуляційних класах, а також такі інтерактивні методи: «Мозковий штурм», «Мозаїка проблем», «Правильні і помилкові твердження», «Дерево рішень», «Шість капелюхів мислення» та ін. Результатом використання інтерактивних методів стало набуття майбутніми педіатрами досвіду формування команди за рахунок розвитку формальної та неформальної атмосфери, набуття студентами навичок конструктивної міжособистісної взаємодії в команді; відпрацювання навичок ефективного вирішення професійних проблем у команді; створення ресурсу позитивних емоцій для ефективної роботи й зорієнтованості на кращий варіант вирішення професійних завдань, активне та зацікавлене обговорення важливих професійних проблем тощо.uk-UA
