THE ROLE OF THE NURSE IN MODERN PRINCIPLES OF ORGANIZING EMERGENCY CARE FOR PATIENTS

This study is dedicated to the analysis of disease prevalence among children attended to in private pediatric clinics to identify the main trends regarding disease prevalence. The study has used data from medical archives from one of the private pediatric clinics, covering information on diagnoses, age, gender and other characteristics of 678 patients at the age of 0 to 18 years in the past year. In addition to its morbidity analysis, the study also includes an efficacy and quality evaluation of nursing services in the private pediatric clinic.
The aim of this part of the work is to identify the factors influencing patient satisfaction levels, and to determine the options to improve the quality of health services. To achieve this goal, a survey of parents of children receiving care at the clinic was conducted. The survey allowed assessing the quality of service, attentiveness of personnel, health care accessibility, and other aspects influencing patient satisfaction.
In the course of the study, high prevalences of various diseases were found among the children whose parents or legal guardians sought the services of private pediatric clinics. The analysis of medical archives over the past year has established the main morbidity trends by identifying the most prevalent diseases and their distribution across age groups and genders. In addition, the study provided an opportunity to assess the efficacy and quality of nursing services in private pediatric clinics by identifying the factors that influenced the level of patient satisfaction. The results of the survey in parents of children receiving care in private pediatric clinics suggested the need for further improvement of health services to increase the level of patient and parent satisfaction.
