APPLICATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND CREATIVE ENVIRONMENTS FOR TRAINING OF INTERNS

| dc.description | The aim of the work. To analyze the current state and possibilities of improving the educational process in the training of interns and substantiate the use of information technologies and creative environments in the sanatorium and the Department of Medical Rehabilitation and Medical and Social Expertise of the Medical University. Materials and Methods. The study applied information, bibliographic and analytical methods. Results and Discussion. In Nemyriv, Podillia, 10 museums and one art gallery were created. Among them: the Museum of Folk Musical Instruments (in the district house of culture); the museums of Markо Vovchok, M. Trublain (at the school No. 2); the Museum of Literary Nemyrivshchyna; the Museum of Local History (at the Holy Trinity Women 's Monastery in Stavropol); Museums of Princess M. G. Shcherbatova, ethnographic, history of medicine and pharmacy, musical instruments, radio electronics, library of old printed materials and art gallery of contemporary Ukrainian at the Avangard Clinic). Museums are introduced to the culture of the past and present. They have become effective means of education, development and upbringing. This is confirmed by the positive results of the survey of trainees-interns and students-physicians in 96.5 % of cases surveyed in 2013–2019. Integration of active learning, enhanced creativity and adaptation of technologies of training to the individual characteristics of interns, implementation of new learning technologies contribute to the enhancement of their cognitive activities and increase motivation to use information and communication technologies in professional activities. Conclusions. Expansion of educational and cultural environment for the training of interns with a help of museum resources will contribute to the Eurocentric transformation of Ukrainian education. Museums and art gallery of the Avangard health resort are created taking into account the possibility of carrying out not only educational but also rehabilitation programs. The use of information technology training helps to intensify all levels of the educational process, improve its efficiency and quality. Domestic and our own experience testify to the feasibility of applying the proposed approaches to the organization of the educational process in the country's educational institutions. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета роботи. Проаналізувати сучасний стан та можливості удосконалення навчального процесу при підготовці інтернів та обґрунтувати застосування інформаційних технологій та креативних середовищ в умовах санаторію та кафедри медичної реабілітації і медико-соціальної експертизи медичного університету. Матеріали і методи. У дослідженні застосовано інформаціологічний, бібліосемантичний та аналітичний методи. Результати й обговорення. У Немирові, що на Поділлі, створено 10 музеїв та одну картинну галерею. Серед них: музей народних музичних інструментів (в районному будинку культури); музеї Марка Вовчка, М. Трублаїні (у школі № 2); музей «Літературна Немирівщина»; краєзнавчий музей (в жіночому Свято-Троїцькому ставропігійному монастирі); старовинний палац та парк, музеї княгині М. Г. Щербатової, етнографічний, історії медицини та фармації, музичних інструментів, радіоелектроніки, бібліотека стародруків та картинна галерея сучасних українських художників (у клінічному санаторії «Авангард»). Музеї знайомлять із культурою минулого та сучасності. Вони стали ефективними засобами навчання, розвитку та виховання. Це підтверджено позитивними результатами опитування у 96,5 % випадків слухачів-інтернів та курсантів-лікарів, яких ми опитали протягом 2013–2019 рр. Інтеграція активних видів навчання, підвищення творчого потенціалу та адаптація технологій навчання до індивідуальних особливостей інтернів, упровадження нових технологій навчання сприяють активації їх пізнавальної діяльності, підвищують мотивацію до використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у професійній діяльності. Висновки. Розширення освітньо-культурного середовища для підготовки інтернів за рахунок ресурсів музеїв сприятиме євроцентричній трансформації української освіти. Музеї та картинна галерея санаторію «Авангард» створені з урахуванням можливості виконання не тільки навчальних, а й реабілітаційних програм. Застосування інформаційних технологій навчання допомагає інтенсифікувати усі рівні навчально-виховного процесу, підвищити його ефективність та якість. Вітчизняний та наш власний досвід свідчать про доцільність застосування запропонованих підходів щодо організації освітнього процесу в навчальних закладах країни. | uk-UA |
