THE INCIDENCE OF ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION AMONG THE ADULTS OF KHARKIV REGION

| dc.description | Purpose: to study and analyze the incidence of acute myocardial infarction among the adults of the Kharkiv region. Materials and Methods. The materials of the study were the data of the information and analytical center for medical statistics on the incidence of acute myocardial infarction among the population of the Kharkiv region during 2014–2018. The bibliosemantic and statistical methods were used in the work. Results. Over a five-year period from 2014 to 2018 a slight decrease in the incidence of acute myocardial infarction from 112.10 per 100/000 population in 2014 to 100.77 per 100.000 population in 2018 was found in the Kharkiv region. When analyzing the incidence rate in the districts of the region, it was found that high incidence rates were noted in Barvenkovskyi (149.59 per 100.000 population) and Krasnohrad (145.71 per 100.000 population) districts. As a result of a study of the incidence of acute myocardial infarction depending on gender for the period 2014–2018. Among the adults of Kharkiv region, it was found that the incidence rate in men is significantly higher than in women. Conclusions. Despite a slight decrease in the incidence of acute myocardial infarction, this indicator remains at a fairly high level. Given this, there is a need to optimize primary prevention and provide medical care to patients with myocardial infarction. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета: вивчити та провести аналіз захворюваності на гострий інфаркт міокарда серед дорослого населення Харківської області. Матеріали і методи. Матеріалами дослідження слугували дані інформаційно-аналітичного центру медичної статистики щодо рівня захворюваності на гострий інфаркт міокарда серед населення Харківської області протягом 2014–2018 рр. У роботі використано бібліосемантичний та статистичний методи. Результати. За 5-річний період з 2014 до 2018 р. у Харківській області встановлено незначне зниження захворюваності на гострий інфаркт міокарда з 112,10 на 100 000 населення у 2014 р. до 100,77 на 100 000 населення у 2018 рр. При аналізі захворюваності по районах області встановлено, що найвищі показники захворюваності спостерігали у Барвінківському (149,59 на 100 000 населення), Зачепилівському (147,88 на 100 000 населення) та Красноградському (145,71 на 100 000 населення) районах. У результаті дослідження захворюваності на гострий інфаркт міокарда залежно від статі за період 2014–2018 рр. серед дорослого населення Харківської області встановлено, що показник захворюваності у чоловіків значно вищий, ніж у жінок. Висновки. Незважаючи на незначне зниження захворюваності на гострий інфаркт міокарда, цей показник залишається на досить високому рівні. Враховуючи це, виникає необхідність в оптимізації первинної профілактики та наданні медичної допомоги хворим на інфаркт міокарда. | uk-UA |
