dc.descriptionPurpose: to improve the administration of the main components of medical care to patients with viral hepatitis C and to reduce the risk of viral infection in adult population. Materials and Methods. The existing international and domestic standards, protocols and guidelines for providing medical care to patients with viral hepatitis C were subject to systemic analysis. Using the content analysis allowed us to study the regulatory and legal framework of the health care system administration by types and levels of medical care to such patients in Ukraine, while the biblio-semantic method of research outlined a range of pending issues regarding administering and methodological management of patients with viral hepatitis C. Results. We proposed the complex approach to functional and structural administration of medical care to patients with viral hepatitis C by periods of the disease (primary, secondary, and tertiary). We also provided a methodology of early diagnostics of viral hepatitis C as an algorithm of actions taken by primary care physician and specialist doctor (infectiologist, gastroenterologist). The prophylactic methods for prevention of infecting and spreading viral hepatitis C were described. Conclusions. Following the organizational and methodological guidelines for management of patients with viral hepatitis C will help to provide counseling and testing individuals for clinical, epidemiological and prophylactic reasons, as well as for identification of individuals infected with viral hepatitis C.en-US
dc.descriptionМета: удосконалити організацію основних складових надання медичної допомоги пацієнтам з вірусним гепатитом С; зменшити ризик інфікування вірусом дорослого населення. Матеріали і методи. Системному аналізу підлягали існуючі міжнародні й вітчизняні стандарти, протоколи і вказівки надання медичної допомоги хворим з вірусним гепатитом С. використання контент-аналізу дозволило вивчити нормативно-правове поле на теренах України організації системи охорони здоров’я за видами та рівнями надання медичної допомоги цій категорії пацієнтів, а бібліосемантичний метод дослідження окреслив коло невирішених питань щодо організаційно-методичного ведення пацієнтів з вірусним гепатитом С. Результати. Запропоновано комплексний підхід до функціонально-структурної організації надання медичної допомоги пацієнтам з вірусним гепатитом С за рівнями (первинний, вторинний, третинний). Наведено методологію ранньої діагностики вірусного гепатиту С у вигляді алгоритму дій для лікаря первинної ланки та спеціаліста (інфекціоніста, гастроентеролога). Розкрито профілактичні технології попередження інфікування й розповсюдження вірусного гепатиту С. Висновки. Виконання організаційно-методичних вказівок ведення пацієнтів з вірусним гепатитом С дасть змогу забезпечити проведення консультацій і тестування громадян за клінічними, епідеміологічними показниками та з профілактичною метою, а також з метою виявлення інфікованих вірусним гепатитом С.uk-UA
