| dc.description | Objectives: The purpose of the research is theoretical and methodological study of international experience in organizing and conducting educational programs in public health in countries with developed healthcare systems. Materials and methods. The research uses the methods of analysis, synthesis and deduction to identify the features of healthcare management programs, specifics of their contents in terms of courses and disciplines, as well as the most common forms and methods of training. Results. We have analyzed the contemporary world practice in the field of organization and implementation of educational programs in healthcare management. The curricula of the leading medical and business schools in the US and Europe are analyzed by the following factors: who gets enrolled in such programs, what they teach, which training formats and technologies are used. Conclusions. We have revealed the diversified composition of those enrolled in educational programs in healthcare management, the demand for special programs and courses in pharmaceutics and biotechnology, the shift of emphasis in teaching from functional managerial disciplines to courses reflecting industry specificity. There is a comprehensive approach to healthcare management that requires knowledge of industry specifics. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета: Мета дослідження – теоретико-методологічне вивчення світового досвіду організації та проведення програм з менеджменту в охороні здоров'я в країнах, що мають розвинену систему охорони здоров'я. Матеріали і методи. У дослідженні використано методи аналізу, синтезу та дедукції для виявлення особливостей програм з менеджменту в охорони здоров'я, специфіки їх наповнення в розрізі курсів і дисциплін, а також найбільш поширених форм і методів навчання. Результати. Розглянуто сучасні світові практики в сфері організації і проведення освітніх програм з менеджменту в галузі охорони здоров'я. Навчальні програми провідних медичних шкіл і шкіл бізнесу США і Європи аналізуються за такими факторами: хто є слухачами таких програм, чого на них вчать, які формати і технології навчання використовуються. Висновки. Виявлено диверсифікований склад слухачів освітніх програм з менеджменту в охороні здоров'я, затребуваність спеціальних програм і курсів з фармацевтики і біотехнологій, перенесення акцентів у викладанні з функціональних менеджерських дисциплін на курси, що відображають галузеву специфіку. Має місце комплексний підхід до менеджменту в галузі охорони здоров'я, що вимагає знання галузевої специфіки. | uk-UA |
