| dc.description | Purpose: to provide medical and social justification and develop a model for managing the quality of life of children and adolescents with obesity.Materials and Methods. The method of modeling was used. The model was based on data from the analysis of the world experience on the problem of childhood obesity and the results of the conducted studies: (quality of life, prevalence, risk factors, quality of medical care).Results. Based on the results of the data obtained, a model for managing the quality of life of obese children was built. The goal, structure, tasks and principles of the proposed model are determined. The main areas of interaction between the elements of the model are: the development of government strategies, monitoring of basic indicators of childhood obesity and planning of priority optimization activities.Conclusions. Effective functioning of the management model will improve the quality of life and will promote the adoption of children with this pathology in society. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета: надати медико-соціальне обґрунтування та розробити модель управління якістю життя дітей та підлітків з ожирінням.Матеріали і методи. Застосовано метод моделювання. В основу моделі покладено дані аналізу загальносвітового досвіду щодо проблеми дитячого ожиріння та результати проведених досліджень (якості життя, поширеності, факторів ризику, якості медичного обслуговування).Результати. Виходячи з результатів отриманих даних, побудовано модель управління якості життя дітей з ожирінням. Визначено: основну мету, структуру, завдання та принципи запропонованої моделі. Основними напрямками взаємодії між елементами моделі є розробка державних стратегій, моніторинг основних показників дитячого ожиріння та планування пріоритетних заходів із оптимізації.Висновки. Ефективне функціонування моделі управління дозволить покращити якість життя та буде сприяти адаптації дітей з даною патологією у суспільстві. | uk-UA |
