dc.descriptionPurpose – to analyze the development of electronic registries in the health care system and algorithm of imagine in strategic systematization of the problem. Materials and methods. Formal regulations to creation a registry of patients were considered. These registers are already working in Ukraine.Materials and methods. We used the methods of analysis, comparison, and retrospective statistical methods.Results. The analysis of information according to creation an electronic patient’s registry is determining some needs for a systematic approach to the project. In developing ways of operation of the registry should determine the possibility of such correspondence between registers and databases both in Ukraine and in friendly countries abroad. It is noted that the basis for the introduction of a register like this should lay the economic, medical and social efficiency.Conclusions. Determination a purpose to register and balance "costs – result" as issue guarantees patient to safety must be the priority strategic step in the process of registry.en-US
dc.descriptionМета – проаналізувати стан створення електронних реєстрів у системі медичної допомоги та показати алгоритм стратегічної систематизації даної проблеми.Матеріали і методи. Були розглянуті офіційні нормативні документи щодо створення реєстру пацієнтів та подібних реєстрів, які вже працюють в Україні. У роботі використані методи аналізу, порівняння, статистичні та ретроспективні методи дослідження.Результати. Аналіз інформації щодо створення електронних реєстрів пацієнтів засвідчує необхідність системного підходу до даного проекту. При розробці шляхів експлуатації даного реєстру слід визначитися з можливістю кореспонденції між подібними реєстрами і базами даних, як в Україні, так і в дружніх країнах зарубіжжя. Відмічено, що в основу запровадження такого реєстру необхідно закладати економічну, медичну та соціальну ефективність.Висновки. Визначення мети реєстру і балансу «затрати – результат», як і питання гарантії безпеки пацієнта, мають бути пріоритетними стратегічними кроками у процесі формування реєстру.uk-UA
